When booking, I was promised there is a good internet connection - conditio sinequanon. In fact there was NO internet. I could connect to the server but it didn't allow me to download my mails etc. More of that: the key to the room didn't work, so the room remained unlocked, the door of the shower cabin didn't close well, so a lot of water on the ground, no pressure of the water in the shower - the water was dripping, the folded bad (a camping model) was narrow, the blanket was small - about 1mx1m (needed and have got a second one). The heating didn't work. The owner smelling alcohol didn't listen to my complaints but was talking and talking and talking. Never more!!!

You’d be better off sleeping rough that staying in this dump. Owner keeps it dimly lit so you cannot see the squaller. Faeces down the side of the loo, filth and grim in shower, ear wax used cotton buds on wardrobe, mould in wardrobes, dust from years of dead skin mounting up on TV, floor, corners of room. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING

One of the most relaxing hotels I’ve stayed in Italy. The location is excellent for walking riding and relaxing. The location is perfect and there are a lot of restaurants that are within walking distance. The view from the Garden is calming and children would love the atmosphere. Rome is only a taxi ride away and with the trail you can walk there is plenty to take in and see. Simone is very helpful. Families & Solo travellers would love it there. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Mio marito con il suo gruppo di lavoro sono stati in questo albergo. Un albergo 2 stelle che veramente ha mezza stella. Proprietario scorbutico e con poca pazienza. Lontano da Roma Termini per chi arriva con mezzi pubblici. Un taxi costa più o meno 40 €. Non pagate di più. Camere deprimenti che non hanno niente che vedere con le fotografie pubblicate nel sito. Senza aggiugamani decenti. Un pezzo di lenzuola. Due saponette dati il primo giorno per l'igiene personale. Sebbene negli alberghi 2 stelle il frigo non sempre è in dotazione, almeno con il caldo che fa a Roma in questo periodo, sarebbe imprescindibile l'aria condizionata. Problemi l'acqua che è mancata in più di una opportunità. Doppo di una giornata di lavoro svegliarsi 2 volte nella notte per il caldo, e dover farsi la doccia per poter consigliare il sonno, spiega tutto. Per contattare il responsabile si deve chiamare al cellulare perché questo albergo non ha reception. Pessimi i servizi di questa struttura. Costosa in relazione a quello che offre. Da non raccomandare.

Il punteggio di 6,0 su Booking è ampiamente regalato. Struttura spartana, camera fredda e umida (a fine maggio), addirittura le lenzuola e gli asciugamani erano umidi. Ho dovuto dormire in tuta. Sono stato costretto a soggiornare qui perchè a Roma era tutto pieno causa congressi e finale di Coppa Italia. A fronte di un prezzo di 60-80 € per una Doppia Uso singola, mi hanno fatto pagare 250 € a notte, senza neanche poter usufruire della colazione perchè il proprietario si svegliava con calma alle 8:00, mentre normalmente la colazione è disponibile dalle 7:00. Acqua calda inesistente, pulizia del bagno insufficiente, con residui di contenitori di shampoo di clienti precedenti ancora presenti sulla cornice del box doccia e un mio pelo nel lavandino ritrovato dopo la "PULIZIA". Trovandosi sulla via Francigena, giusto qualche pellegrino disperato può accettare un simile servizio. Da cancellare.
