We paid over $700 for a three day stay. Over priced. The location is good. But the facility is in dire need of updating. The shared kitchenette’s items were dirty and the countertops were worn down to the plywood. The shower door was hard to Open and close. We had one outlet to use and the table in the room wasn’t even usable. We used the folding chair to place over the bidet to use as a shelf because we had to charge our electronics in there. Twin headboards lean against the wall and Bang on it every time you move. Hallways smelled musty. We asked for help with rides to FCO. The staff never responded. I’ve paid less and stayed in much Better hotels in the area.

The area is central but in a fairly quiet alley, the staff is very kind and helpful. The room is comfortable facing the wall, it has a kitchenette that we did not use, the real problem was the bathroom really small and uncomfortable, the bidet is impractical because of how narrow, the shower broken and the smell of sewer is persistent. Small elevator with a moldy smell. Let's say that for a few days you can adapt but the images on the site did not correspond to my apartment and I was disappointed anyway Rome is always beautiful and returning will be a pleasure perhaps asking for a slightly more comfortable bathroom.

We were a very large group of friends and we loved it, the location is perfect. Two minutes walk from the Campo di Fiori full of terraces where you can have breakfast and lunch. The apartments are very comfortable and well distributed, they offer rooms of different sizes, the treatment we received was great!

Very well located, a place to enjoy the entire area. The room and bathroom were small but quite comfortable, it shared the kitchen with two other rooms, it would be ideal for groups or families. Cleaning every two days, they warn you so there are no surprises. It has no staff and reception, they give you a bunch of keys...literally 5 for all the doors you have to go through. It is worth mentioning Roberto, the manager of the departments, very attentive, super generous with information and suggestions, he gives you his phone number for any questions or queries.

Grazie Grazie Grazie abbiamo trascorso 3 giorni in aprile 2024 in 14 compagni di scuola dopo 40 anni dal diploma e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Immerso nella vecchia Roma di Campo de Fiori Posizione centralissima per visitare a piedi…tutto dal Vaticano a Trastevere da piazza di Spagna al Colosseo. Ottima base per visitare Roma. Sei praticamente in Campo de' Fiori e vicinissimo a Piazza Navona. Da lì abbiamo girato a piedi tutto il centro di Roma, facendo più di 30 km in 2 giorni! Il ns appartamento era formato da 2 mini appartamenti, pertanto in 4 avevamo 2 stanze e 2 bagni a disposizione. Perfetto per noi. L' angolo cottura è sufficiente giusto per farsi un the o una tisana. Non vi è un tavolo dove poter fare un pasto con asporto, quindi non abbiamo usufruito della cucina. Il vicolo è un po' rumoroso la notte, nel we, essendo centrale ma abbiamo riposato bene. Staff molto disponibile e cordiale. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Credo che torneremo!
