The location of the hotel is great. Many restaurant near by with high star rating. Walking to RomaTermini and Metro station is just a few minutes. Some of the famous sites can be visited by walking.

There was no hot water in the bathroom. So I have been not able to take my shower. Very disappointed.

The single room is a bit run down but the cleanliness was not compromised. Overall is good. Just the room with the old furnitures doesn’t make me feel good. Try avoid rooms at level 1 as the ventilation within the room is bad and you can’t open your window.

Hotel nice enough and clean...
My complaint is that having paid for breakfast and asking reception that due to us leaving at 3am in the morning for an early flight asked if a breakfast roll could be provided to take away
What we got was a not very fresh apple a small cheap cracker biscuit and a small not chilled carton of juice.
Even a cup of coffee and a biscuit would have had more thought put into it
Whoever prepared this '''breakfast''' haha!!!!!! Has no thought or respect I think for a customers needs, and the needs I required were not much just some semblance of a decent thought..
Expensive hotel but I think I would prefer another accomodation where the staff at hotel treat you with respect.
Hotel was I said nice and clean and good location for traveling, but their customer service leaves a lot to be desired...
