Hotel Elide

Ideally located we were able to do everything on foot, Small hotel room overlooking a private courtyard below. There is the essentials: a bed, a wardrobe, a desk, a small fridge (not very quiet) and a television in Italian, of course. (Netflix didn't work and neither did the HDMI cable but it seems to me that the Chromecast could have). Plus the small bathroom shower bidet toilet sink. the Vmc (which also makes noise but what makes it effective I suppose, is turned on as soon as you turn on the bathroom light). The room was very clean and cleaned every day. However, we experienced noise in the common areas and almost permanent ventilation in the courtyard. Very bearable noise. You get used to it. The bed for me lacked comfort with a slight smell of I don't know what (I'm pregnant, it could be that). My husband loved the firmness of the bed and found no odor. No curtains at the window but a window not overlooked (take a night mask). Brief. Overall pleasant week's stay, excellent value for money. The staff is very pleasant, making the effort to speak French to guide us. A special thank you to the night watchman who helped us a lot with the slightly difficult opening of the doors and the restaurant advice on our arrival. In addition, on request, the hotel will reserve a taxi for you from the airport to the hotel and vice versa, which is very practical.

Terrible stay. Tiny room with sewer pizza. No hot air, plugs out of order and light bulbs burned out. The receptionist on duty was really rude, he verbally attacked me in the room to just check the hot air. I booked a prepaid one on booking, during the stay they canceled it without saying anything so as not to pay booking. A shame.

Simple hotel with good location, clean and affordable. What are the unpredictable ones? Good room with minibar and very comfortable mattress. Clean bathroom with good shower pressure. Friendly and attentive staff but highlighting the colored receptionist (he informed us and helped us at all times with a big smile). Simple but good buffet breakfast, but you don't need more (juices, coffee, tea, jam, butter, bread and some sweets). Recommendable.
