It takes about 10 to 20 minutes to walk from the central station. You will pass by the Basilica of Our Lady. The area is quite lively, with many restaurants and bars. You can go out at night and feel safe. The hotel is not big, the elevator is small, the room is not big, but the single bed is OK, the bathroom is a bit crowded but also fully equipped. The room is neat and clean, and the location is convenient. It's 15 minutes across the road from the train station. It's easy to go to various attractions. It takes about ten minutes to walk to Douzengchang. You can also choose to take the subway or bus.

The room is very stylish and clean. Although it is being renovated outside, it is basically in strict accordance with the renovation time and has no impact on sleep. The floor is too thin and the sound of people walking upstairs is very loud. After shampooing for a few days, my scalp feels a little itchy.

The place is under renovation. It does impact the stay.
The staff is excellent. They are friendly, efficient, helpful, and professional.
The property is located about a 10 walk (uphill from the hotel) to Termini. So, that's very convenient depending on your plans.

All the staff were kind and pleasant, and even when I was in trouble, they responded appropriately.
There was free coffee, tea, etc., which was great to be able to drink anytime.
At night, they had sweet breads and croissants, and being able to eat them free of charge was very helpful when I got hungry. It was delicious.

What can you say about a hotel that places your room for 4 nights directly above construction? From before 8am until the afternoon every day the room was uninhabitable while constant hammering shook the room. Not only that, but the room had clearly been unswept, as there was a single used slipper right under the bed. The location was great and the staff friendly, but s very uncomfortable stay.
