Although the room is small, it is very clean. The old town is so small. The aunt and uncle at the front desk are very polite. The price/performance ratio is still very good. This season used to be low season and there were not many people, but now it seems that Rome is always in high season. Like this hotel 👍

The location is very nice. Basic sightseeing in Rome is a 10-15 minute walk. It's very safe because you can move around the hotel. The public safety is not bad either. Both metro and bus are nearby.
If I had to force it, there would be no windows because the place is a place. Therefore, ventilation is not possible. I don't have any trouble though.
Also, the bed is quite hard. Even though it's a double mattress, it's like two singles stuck together, so there's a dent in between, which is a bit worrying.

Very central. The excellent location for those who want to leave the car and enjoy Rome at a leisurely pace. Being in the ZTL area, there is a bit of organizing for parking. The staff is friendly and helpful.
The rooms, although not very large, have all the necessary comforts and are well soundproofed (very little noise despite the location and the ****** H24 of the area). Breakfast not very rich but of quality.

Hotel very well located, 5 minutes walk from the Trevi Fountain. Comfortable. Clean.
Too bad I arrived at 12:50 pm and they only let me in at 2:00 pm, too zealous with the time.
I was assigned a room with a double bed when I had only booked one with a single bed, without my having asked for anything, and on the day of check-out, they allowed my suitcase to stay at reception for several hours, which made up for the previous mishap.
I would stay again at this hotel.

Lovely staff! Pietro,Mario and Cristina were so accommodating and friendly. The room is clean -linens and pillows great! We will definitely be back when in Rome. Location within a short walk to so many historic sites. Breakfast was a bonus :)

The hotel is in a good location but this is probably the only positive. We are here for 4 nights and although advertised as sound proof, it is definitely not. The noise from outside is something we should all expect in a city centre but the noise inside could be avoided. The cleaners have no consideration of guests asleep regardless of time. Workmen in the rooms from 0830 with drills and hammers. The staff are lovely and the rooms and breakfast are nice enough but the noise inside is unacceptable. Avoid room 107 next to cleaners cupboard !! For this reason I wouldn’t come back

Domestic staff were extremely helpful and very willing
Kettle get tripping electric after first day and i asked for another kettle to be told i could hav one.. waited a day to be then told there wasnt one.. i was also told an electrician would be there next day but no avail... some staff seemed really hesitant to provide me with hot water for drinks ... night reception Kristina was lovely

Good location in Central Rome, but 4 stars are too many for this hotel. I would say it is more a 2/3 stars hotel, common spaces need a revamping and the single room I was given was the smallest I have ever slept in… windows were facing a well. If you are claustrophobic this is not the place to go!

Situated off the main streets, with good local restaurant an caffes.
Only downside was the internet access was terrible everywhere except the reception area where it was good.

One of the biggest rooms we stayed in in Italy. Great value for the price. Air conditioning worked well. Bathroom was a little out dated, but clean. Staff was friendly. The concierge was nice, but I wouldn’t say any of them went above and beyond to offer restaurant advice.

We stayed here for 3 nights. Above all we picked the hotel for its location and it didn’t disappoint. The hotel is small but had everything we needed. We had a double and a twin, both were plenty big enough with what you expect these days, tv, usb charging points, good Wi-Fi, tea/coffee, mini bar with soft drinks as well as toiletries in the bathroom. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The view wasn’t spectacular but I wasn’t there to look out the bedroom window. Breakfast was continental style and very nice. There are many shops, cafes and restaurants close by. There are also bus stops aplenty and an underground station with a 2/3 minute walk although most of the main attractions are within comfortable walking distance but you do need the underground for the Vatican. Should we return to Rome it’s likely we’ll stay here again.
