If you are looking for clean room and affordable prices / also nice , big room then this is for you. Good for 2 or 3 people, I was with my 2 friends and the room was big enough for us. The staff was really helpful esp Joy, we arrived early in the morning and were exhausted but they let us leave our belongings there, made tea for us and even we were lucky enough to get early check in. Location is great both for getting from Termini station and close to main attractions. We were able to see nearly all sightseeings just by walking. Summing up - clean, nice staff, great location, big room for us, treats. Just one thing- if you are a bit irritated by the noise from outside, that could be bummer, but I was enjoying Italians speaking outload, my friend did not, so tastes differ. ) but we could clearly hear the noise from the streets even closing the window, but as I say, I did not pay any attention to that, This is Italy !!! It's not Vienna or other quiet city :D Thank you, have already recommended to some of my friends and other people who asked for the recommendation. Wishing you a great day and hope to repeat my trip once again.

Die Zimmer sind ordentlich - wenn auch nicht ganz ohne Macken, der Service etwas zurückhaltend, aber freundlich. Das Bett ist bequem und auf dem Flur kann man sich morgens einen Kaffee machen. Das WLAN schwächelt manchmal, der Hausgang wirkt nicht sehr einladend, aber sonst für einen Städtetrip ok.

Omijajcie to miejsce szerokim łukiem, brudno i nieprzyjemnie, to nie jest ta kamienica co na zdjęciach, strach tam wejść. Masz wrażenie że za chwilę wszystko się zawali, bardzo nieprzyjemny zapach wilgoci i kanalizacji cały czas, hałas uliczny bardzo uciążliwy Obsługa robiła ca mogła, bardzo dobre WiFi

Also Location und Lage wäre ja top (Lage ist wirklich ruhig), Personal ist soweit freundlich, das Apartment ist Preis/Leistung aber trotzdem eine Frechheit. Die Bettwäsche von Ikea liegt auf einer wirklichen dreckigen Unterbettfolie, welche nach Beschwerde entfernt wurde. Jetzt liegt man also super direkt auf der dreckigen Matratze, nur durch einen hauchdünnen Stoff getrennt. Jetzt am zweiten Abend hängt der Schwimmer vom Klo, somit läuft das Wasser durch und alle paar Sekunden über das Verschlussrohr drüber Super angenehm (Sarkasmus), nach Beschwerde dass hier nicht geschlafen werden kann (leider wirklich laut) und meine Frau schwanger ist, wird auf dem nächsten Morgen verwiesen. Anhand von der, mit Klebeband hingeklebten, Drückerplatte sieht man dass das Problem nicht dass erste Mal aufgetaucht ist Jetzt um kurz nach Mitternacht sind wir aktiv auf der Suche nach einem Ersatzquartier um hier rauszukommen. Kann hier wirklich jedem nur abraten, die Unterkunft zu buchen. Zimmer Nummer 2 (Deluxe Zimmer auf booking...) ist komplett zum schmeißen, dreckig und dringend sanierungsbedürftig.

Posizione ottima, centrale al quartiere Monti e a 15 min a piedi dalla stazione di Termini. Perfetta per girare a piedi la città. Sapone e shampoo sono forniti ogni giorno se vengono utilizzati. Rapporto qualità-prezzo ottimo. I contro: Il letto non era adatto a due persone, perfetto però per una persona sola. Non era sporco, ma la pulizia poteva essere migliore. Sciacquone del bagno con qualche problema di funzionamento. Pareti non molto ben insonorizzate, dalla nostra camera potevamo sentire rumori dalle altre stanze. Dalla camera in generale ci aspettavamo un po' di più viste le foto, quando siamo entrate siamo rimaste un po' deluse.
