The advantages are high cost performance and good location, basically within walking distance of several famous attractions. The disadvantages are that it is a bit noisy by the roadside and it is a bit annoying to have three keys in and out of a non-standard hotel.

The Room was great but there was something so odd about the place the we booked into a nearby Hotel and never spent a minute there. It s basically an Apartment with maybe 5 rooms, communal kitchen facilities, so no fridge in your room. You need 3 keys to access the place and there is only one set available , so it's restrictive, The "Reception" desk was literally 3 feet from our bedroom door and it's not covered regularly. The actual residents in the building hate to see you and I can't blame them. Also they told me that the local Tax had to be paid in Cash which turned out to be BS. AND it's actually not good value when compared to real Hotels Nearby. Never again.

Friendly staff, great location for coliseum!! Very clean and comfortable. Good value for money. The receptionist very helpful and organising taxis, helping with locations. We would come again and recommend

Clean and Friendly staff. What a pleasure it was to arrange and meet Antonio! Our room was ready early which allowed us to check in soon after arriving by train. It had a nice sized room, bathroom and bed! AC worked great too. Would highly recommend.

Never book again! I i informed that I was covid positve and they didnt cancel my reservation and didnt refunded me. Probably they prefer that I’m there even with covid and means that probably they dont care about it and even clean and sterilize the rooms Take care about this accomodation

Great suites in a great location and would defo stay here again when I visit Rome again as everything was within walking distance from the suite. Room was cleaned daily and had shared coffee facility amd tea making which we never used as plenty of coffee shops near by bit as I have said great location and overall thrilled with booking here .

Photos taken as a work of art. Very small room, poor cleaning, the shower profiles all encrusted with limescale residue. Only curtains on the windows and not even blackout ones so we spent the 2 nights sleepless because even at night it seemed like day given the numerous external lights. The rooms are not soundproofed at all. Breakfast is not included, they recommended a bar in the "vicinity" and it was closed, the closest one was 700 meters away. Paid a crazy price. The only positive note was the friendliness and kindness of the guy at the reception.
