這麼冷的天氣沒有熱水，打前台電話都要有十次了，一直都是説晚點晚點，晚上12點都沒熱水，早上八點來就説了沒熱水，到晚上12點都沒處理好，要是早上八點跟你們説沒熱水你不跟我説晚點這個事，我直接退房走人了，一直跟我説晚點晚點，最後説在燒水，要凌晨兩三點，等到凌晨兩三點水還是冰的，幾度的天氣連熱水都沒有

房間很整潔很乾凈，陽光非常足。周邊環境也很好。空氣很清新。房間設施也很完善。最重要的是還有高鐵站接送服務，真的太戳我心窩子了。我的車票還在半夜三更，但是師傅仍然不辭辛苦地送我們過去，真的太感動了。非常愛這家民宿！！！
