酒店非常乾淨，提前打電話詢問是否有長者孩子去住，是否有其他需求，車還沒停穩，大堂經理就過來幫忙拿行李辦理入住，服務非常好，住過很多國內和國外的星級酒店，都沒有服務的這麼到位，細節做到極致，五星推薦。

前台服務很nice，小姐姐很熱情周到，房間寬敞明亮，隔音效果好，衞生到位，床品軟硬適中，休息起來特別舒服，早餐品類豐富，口味適中。下次再來的不二之選。

環境:很乾凈！設施都很新，也很好用！酒店的電視投屏也很方便的。 服務:特別好，尤其表揚前台小姐姐，到了就主動幫忙辦理入住（真＊30秒入住），然後還介紹了酒店各種免費服務。還主動幫我約去火車站的接送車！ 酒店期間遇到的工作人員都很友好，有次走錯樓層出來，遇到的阿姨主動提醒我。 酒店借物特別齊全，沒想到還有鼠標🖱️，簡直商務出差首選啦！（我帶了就沒用上）好像是機器人隨時可以送上來。 今天退房的時候，前台小姐姐還認出我，説幫我約了車的，還問需不需要礦泉水帶走，大堂的漂亮姐姐還幫我提行李，都不好意思了！我一個人出差的，酒店也準備了一個商務車接送，接送的司機小哥也特別好。服務真的天花板沒話講！ 強烈推薦定這家哦！

3月份旅遊淡季，華住會旗下酒店服務很好，進入酒店大門就有接待幫忙拿行李，很熱情，趙林很貼心，謝謝你的細心周到。酒店很乾凈，去布魯斯沉船和煙墩角看天鵝比較近，適合威海旅行最後一天的入住，小的細節看出真心，感謝你。房間內電視機看電影很有氛圍感哦！唯一讓我覺得需要改進的就是洗浴花灑幸好老公個子高可以調節一下下

酒店位置在榮成市政府旁邊，離櫻花湖九龍城都很近，工作人員服務態度熱情周到，房間也十分乾淨整潔，而且酒店剛開業不久設施都很新，洗護用品是法國萊儷的，味道很高級，入住體驗非常不錯。來榮成的首選酒店！
