This is my first time in Rongcheng. I didn’t expect to be so lucky to book such a great hotel. The floor heating is super warm. The room design is very fresh. Facing the sea is very romantic. The chef in the key restaurant cooks so well that you don’t have to go out to find a place to eat. It’s convenient, I must like it!

It said it only opened last year and the house design is very good! Everything that should be there is there. It was quite late when we checked in, and the sister at the front desk even upgraded our room for us and showed us the room! When I woke up this morning, it was snowing and it was so beautiful! Really, winter here is also another kind of beauty! If I didn’t have other itineraries the next day, I would really want to stay here for a few more days! The room is very warm! The hot water is very hot and the shower head is really high-end!

Unexpectedly, I originally thought that B&Bs are similar, but they are much better than B&Bs. All supplies and drinks are free, and steam eye masks are even thoughtfully prepared. The bathtub in the room is great, and there are free bath balls. The children are very happy to play. Moreover, the room is very warm in winter. Third, after-sales service is not in place. Because the room was not replaced in time, we contacted Ctrip customer service online, and Ctrip customer service provided after-sales compensation. The store never communicated with our customers from beginning to end. Because of changing rooms, my friend left her makeup bag in the original room. She discovered it when she was putting on her makeup in the morning. Later, when we went to pick it up, the store told us to open the door and go to the original room to find it. Later, they told us that it was in the warehouse. Things left by guests should not be left in the first place. After handing it back, let’s talk about the room we changed. We originally had a twin room on the third floor, but we changed it to a room with a double bed in the basement. The experience was extremely bad! Moreover, there was a peculiar smell in the changed room, no snacks were provided, and there were water stains in the pot.

After traveling in Shandong for a week, it is no exaggeration to say that this is the worst place to stay and the lowest value for money. The price is nearly 2,000. The breakfast service staff should be the aunties of the surrounding residents. They have basically no sense of service. We were still eating and just put the remaining pots on our table. I really can't accept it, and I don't know if I can file a complaint in this situation. What a trap!

The room is semi-underground. The so-called first floor is semi-underground. It is damp and the room is small. It is close to the harbor, next to fishing boats, and the smell of diesel is very strong.

The experience is not good, too biased, the price and packages are not proportional, the mobile phone signal is not good, the WiFi is even worse, dirt and hair were found on the bed, and the sheets were changed again
