It's very close to the airport, and it's also very convenient to go to Chicago Fashion Outlet. It only takes a quarter of an hour to walk and a 4-minute drive. The room is large and the design is innovative. There are not many choices for breakfast, typical American style, but it can meet the requirements.

The hotel does not provide free water, and a bottle of water in the room costs $4. I have never seen such a stingy Hyatt. The efficiency of the front desk is extremely low, and you have to queue for a long time to check in and check out. Deposit 50 per night only credit cards accepted

The hotel is close to the airport, but it's not noisy. It doesn't look very new overall, but it's convenient to travel, and the attitude of the service staff is very good.

It's a very vague place to call Lyft or Uber, and the drivers don't know the exact location. It may be because it is in a very secluded place, but it is necessary to reconsider to have a variety of experiences.

The front desk arranged to stay in the premium building, which is very quiet facing the parking lot. Although near the airport, the sound of aircraft taking off and landing could not be heard at all. The buffet breakfast is also ok.

The location of the hotel is good as it is within walking distance from the exhibition hall, but it is a bit far from downtown. Breakfast was good, and I think the main building is better than the tower building. The staff are friendly, but there is an extra charge for early check-in and late check-out.

Hotel is in a FANTASTIC location near Ohare Airport. Shuttle services was EXCELLENT! The only reason I’m give it a 4 Star was the front desk service. They need to be friendlier. Smile. Ask if they can help out a little more. For the monies we pay at least offer assistance. Otherwise, everything else went great!

Beautiful design, just a nice space to be in. Liked the plants. Convenient shuttle to the airport.

Very terrible check in experience because of unavailability of payment authorization for non us residents / tourists. Even if you paid for the whole package online , they still need you to charge an additional fee with a debit card on file which may not be available for foreign citizens .

Nice hotel overall and clean. Onsite retaurant for dinner was just ok. Pillows a liitle hard.

The hotel is extremely dated and the carpeting is extremely dirty. There is sweat odor in the room. I tried to get an upgrade by paying extra $20 per night and it turned out to be a downgrade. The furniture in the tower was cheap and the bathroom has this odd half sliding door where everything inside can be seen from the gap. It was extremely disappointing and the fare was not cheap either I paid $179 per night for a bad experience.

There is no room service despite what was advertised and restaurant closed 45 mn early despite me calling to confirm that we would be able to get in to eat after a whole day international flight.

Very disappointed in our stay at the Hyatt Regency. The shuttle drivers were much less than friendly. The entire day we did not have water to our room. The safe in the room was not functional. We were not able to do automatic check out the next morning. However, the front desk people were very friendly and tried to be helpful.

Next to convention center. One mile or less to restaurants and dining. Walkable. Airport shuttle Only thing i didnt like was the price.
