The breakfast is very suitable for Asians, with vegetables, fruits, and tea (black tea and green tea are weighed and packed by themselves). The staff is very professional, increasing the food supply in time and cleaning the table. I saw it marked as a three-star hotel on Google map, which I think is much better than many four-star hotels.
The design of this hotel is a bit interesting, suitable for self-driving tourists with cars.
The guy at the reception was rude.
Because I'm vegan I ordered food from uber as their restaurant didn't have vegan options that I was sure about.
The guy read on the food bag I ordered and asked me why do you eat plastic charge which was mentioned apart from my main dish by the restaurant.
Breakfast is a good appetite. The room is not big, the standard room has 2 small single beds, the mattress is a bit soft and can't stand it, and it can fall off even if it sits sideways. Even if you turn over at night, you are afraid of falling out of the bed. There are not enough hot pots, sometimes you won’t get it. There is a McDonald’s if there is less food around the place

Location was quite good, about 18 minutes from the Rotterdam Central Train Station. The room was modern and clean. Services were quite good. Breakfast was very good, but restaurant was far away from the hotel.
Easy walk fro the central station. The hotel is conveniently located to an area of shops and restaurants. Front desk staff were friendly. I was able to do an early check in. Room is clean and spacious. I would choose this hotel if I’m in the area again.
Well located hotel with easy walking distance to all interesting attractions -Clean room and friendly staff
This accomodation once looked like it was very Grand in a type of New York 1950s style but a rejuvenation is maybe required in some areas of the hotel. This reflects the Rack rate per room.Would stay again if visiting this area of the Netherlands.
The hotel’s room is big and clean. Though the design is a bit old-fashioned but that is ok with us.
Staff are friendly and the location is great ! Really convenient ! Everywhere we wanted to go to is within walking distance or could take the MRT train from the Stadhuis station. This station is the nearest to this hotel. From the Central Station to this hotel, it is about 8 to 10mins walk.
There are many eateries, restaurants, supermarket and shopping areas nearby. Many burgers outlets around. Some even open till 11pm. Do take note that other eateries close earlier like 8pm or 9pm.
Though there is no air-con but there is a standing fan available. The TV is clear and is in working condition. Beds are comfortable and the bathroom is spacious.
The only thing that disappointed us was the elevator. It was not working for the 3 nights stay here. The staff was very kind, she arranged for us to stay on the 1st floor. Hence, fewer steps for us to carry our luggages up.
The location of the hotel is excellent and it is generally clean. But I was quite surprised that they have no towels to provide on the second night. And every towel got hair in it which should not be expected.
The location is great in the pedestrian zone and only 100 meters from the market hall with its many restaurants and eateries. Centraal and Erasmusbrücke are each a 20-minute walk away. Hotel is still very new, clean and modern. The rooms are rather small but very bright. The breakfast on the upper floor is worth the price. The reception staff is really very friendly, courteous and helpful. Gladly again.
Very Good
