"Highly recommend. Me and my friend stayed in one room. One room has enough space for big luggage. Bed is big enough. Toilet is really clean even you share with others. A few things were the ac broke down. The first day was really hot and feel like sauna. One huge thing is the locker is free and you can basically use it whenever you want. Really good sound proof. Can only hear footstep while inside. Safe. Never need to worry people rush in your space."

"I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel in Rotterdam and overall had a very pleasant experience. The location is excellent, with plenty of shops and restaurants just a short walk away, making it very convenient whether you're looking to dine out or do a bit of shopping. From the moment I arrived, the staff stood out—they were professional, approachable, and always greeted guests with a genuine smile. Their helpful attitude really added to the overall comfort of the stay. The hotel itself is well-maintained. The hallways are clean and even have a subtle, pleasant scent that creates a welcoming atmosphere. I also appreciated the thoughtful touch in the lobby, where free hot and cold drinking water is available for guests. The room was spacious and spotless, offering plenty of comfort to relax after a long day. Housekeeping clearly does a great job maintaining cleanliness and order. That said, there was one downside: my room faced the main road. While this might not bother everyone, I did notice that noise from passing vehicles—especially honking late at night—was quite audible and occasionally disrupted sleep. Overall, it’s a great hotel with strong service, cleanliness, and location. If you’re a light sleeper, it may be worth requesting a room that doesn’t face the road."

Overall, it was a very disappointing experience."

The standout feature was definitely the breakfast buffet, which offered a wide variety of fresh food, including a great selection of fruits (with blueberries!). The freshly made waffles and omelets were also impressive and delicious. The only minor drawback was the slightly small shower stall with a fixed showerhead, which was a bit inconvenient. However, there was a bathtub available."

Our room was spacious, chic and comfortable with a balcony to enjoy the view and lovely weather. We look forward.to another trip to Rotterdam and another stay at BBB.
