The room is on the 2nd floor, about twenty steps up. The parking lot is extremely poorly marked, you are given an address that you will not find, it is the parking lot of a security firm. The alternative parking lot is closer to the entrance, I suggest this one. The parking lots are quite difficult to access if you don't have a GPS, be prepared to go in circles for a bit. Not very accessible to people with reduced mobility

I am really disappointed because even with the directions, I was not able to get to the place indicated and enjoy the place. The communications are correct, but they show very little empathy towards the difficulties we had getting to the indicated location. The street being pedestrian, me and my family (there were 6 of us) preferred to choose another, more accessible accommodation. We were going around in circles and we couldn't find the place or the parking lot. Despite a request for an exception for reimbursement, my request was refused. Besides, I wrote to them a few hours after my arrival at the hotel to explain the situation and I never got a response. So I had to deal with *******'s virtual assistant so that they could finally respond to me. So very disappointed with the situation and the decision. I suggest you avoid this place as long as the street is pedestrianized.

Very good communication, quiet, close to services and amenities. I will go back there!!
