Fantastic stay, complimentary airport pick up and drop off was valuable. The staff was helpful and friendly, always willing to help. The igloo was nice and cosy though a bit small.

Fantastic and romantic, the best accommodation. I would go back again anytime. All the staff are friendly and warm like family. The food is also very good. It is an accommodation that I want to keep to myself.

Aurora nest "igloo boat" was placed on land, and not floating. The drinks was sold out in the restaurant. Massage was very good. But we did not feel taken care of in the spa.

The hotel and spa is incredible. We went in August so it was their quiet season. All the staff were so friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make our stay amazing. The spa facilities are beautiful and the location is really stunning. The food was also great.
