INCUBO! STATE ALLA LARGA! STRUTTURA INCUSTODITA Personale a dir poco scortese Parcheggio pessimo Sicurezza zero Dopo varie chiamate e una mail nel pomeriggio per chiedere gli orari del check-in che risultava dalle 18 in poi, NON HO POTUTO SOGGIORNARE perché in struttura al nostro arrivo non era presente nessuno per fare il check in e risultava completamente incustodita (porta aperta con chiavi dei clienti lasciate incustodite per tutta la sera) Dopo svariate chiamate a tutti i numeri presenti SENZA RISPOSTA, ho dovuto spendere 123 euro per dormire in un'altra struttura senza nemmeno venire rimborsata!!!

Abbiamo pernottato in questo hotel, facendo accesso anche alla Spa e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Il personale è gentilissimo. L'hotel è molto bello, pulito e confortevole. La Spa, con la possibilità di fare massaggi, è molto rilassante. La posizione è strategica. Lo consiglierei!

Ci siamo recati in questa struttura con un cofanetto Smartbox, viste le recensioni siamo partiti con delle alte aspettative. Tutto è stato confermato, tranquillità assoluta, camere, zona piscine al top, pulizia pure, unica, diciamo delusione, la zona ristorante, la cucina, sempre secondo il mio parere, dovrebbe più curare i piatti del menù e riguardo la colazione aggiungere più scelte di salato. Comunque anche vista la location con un panorama da mozzafiato lo consiglio vivamente. Titolare e personale gentile e professionale.

Ottima location ,ottima accoglienza e la Stanza molto bella e super confortevole e pulita , soggiorno di due notti con colazione e cena inclusa tramite cofanetto Smart box direi esperienza da ripetere assolutamente in quanto tutto era al di sopra delle nostre aspettative.

Le camere sono molto accoglienti e molto pulite, la vista è bellissima, il personale è molto gentile e disponibile per ogni richiesta, il cibo molto buono ( soprattutto sono da provare i canederli e i dolci ! ) È presente un’area wellness in cui ci si può rilassare ma anche fare attività fisica.

esperienza negativa, di Trentino Alto Adige non c’è nulla la, se non le Dolomiti da vedere. Albergo all’interno sarebbe anche carino, ma non ci siamo. Camere sporche, polvere dappertutto e peli nei letti, la Nostra camera poi vicino la finestra tutta muffa, abbiamo lasciato le asciugamani a terra e non son state sostituite. colazione passabile ma niente di tipico, pranzo e cena senza scelta e senza valide alternative. Abbiamo usufruito della Spa (19’euro a testa ) l’unica nota positiva ma solo perché eravamo in due coppie, ma il prezzo Troppo alto e anche lì, sporcizia regna. Abbiamo preso gli accappatoi a pagamento, ed erano pieni di ruggine, d’altronde stendono le cose fuori su un filo di ferro, non so quanto igienico sia. Malosco non offre nulla e ci si deve spostare sempre. Che dire esperienza.l da non ripetere.

Wir hatten eine Smartbox und mussten gezwungenermaßen ins Hotel Panorama, da es das einzige Hotel war, welches jemals mit der Smartbox buchbar war. Und was soll ich sagen? Wir waren positiv überrascht. Neues, modernes, sauberes Zimmer mit guter Aussicht. Speisesaal war urig und täglich stand ein regionales Menü zur Auswahl. Zusätzlich gab es ein Salatbuffet sowie eine Nachspeise. Beim Frühstück hätte es vielleicht etwas mehr Auswahl geben können (z.B. verschiedene Brotsorten, frisches Obst) und man könnte die Frühstückszeit auf 10 Uhr verlängern :P . Der Spa-Bereich war einem 3 Sterne Hotel angemessen, nur leider etwas überfüllt und laut. Personal freundlich. In der Umgebung gibt es einige schöne Seen und Spazierwege.

Wellness disorganizzati esimo! Abbiamo un accesso per 4 con Smartbox e già qui veniamo guardati come dei pezzenti. Scendiamo al wellness iperaffollato senza posti liberi per il relax dopo sauna. Presunte tisane a disposizione esaurite per mezzo pomeriggio e reception wellness perennemente senza nessuno. Sconsigliatissimo
