Excellent and Elegant hotel Great service, the staff are very friendly and helpful, in any need Big and clean room with view to the shopping centre near by. The bathroom is big and comfy but it's risky so it's necessary to add a grab handle in the in bathtub to prevent falls and to add a glass door or curtain to prevent the water reaching the floor Excellent breakfast with good atmosphere Every evening the staff put hot chamomile tea and chocolate in the room There's big free parking place

It was a wonderful experience. The hotel is nice and very clean. I really liked the room with terrace as the view induced you a state of calm. The stuff was friendly and ready to help you whenever you needed. Both the restaurant (Monark) and the bar (Agho) offer good food and a pleasant atmosphere. What I enjoyed the most was the massage at Spa Belaqva.

Excellent hotel, well worth 4*+. Extremely clean, well-designed rooms, spacious bathroom. Top-notch service. The Monark restaurant has very tasty foods. The coffee bar next to the reception has very interesting cocktails and drinks. Great parking lot, and extremely professional staff. You will enjoy it.
