First, the service at the front desk was awful. There were at least two people talking in a room behind the front desk and they let me stand at the counter for more than 10 minutes because one woman said she was on break. When I finally got checked into my room, it was on the second floor. The handles on the staircase were held on with duct tape. The concrete stairs were badly cracked and unsafe. When I opened the door to the hotel room, it stunk and when I walked through it I found cigarette ashes on the counter in the bathroom. When I refused the room they couldn't even print a confirmation of the cancelation because they said they didn't have a printer that worked! I didn't stick around long enough to take pictures to add to this post.

The price was great but the rooms need to be cleaned better, old trash was left in our room. Dusty bedside lamps, and dirty counter top.

They did not have a room for me and told me all they can do is give me a refund! Why would you let me reserve in advance if I don’t have a room reserved for me? Makes no sense I’m also disappointed in Travelocity!

Never have clean linens Paid extra for free breakfast what breakfast I had to go to store and by cleaning supplies pots and pans for my room as well as clean it this was my only options and with in my vudget

I called ahead to say I would be very late ; after 9pm for sure . They said no problem we are open 24 hrs . I came at 10:30 ish .. She said my reservation was in the computer but they were out of rooms. She said there were rooms but they hadn't cleaned them yet . And she complained that ******* always overbooks I will NEVER go to Natomas ES . They sent me to the West Sac Ext Stay one which turned out wonderful .

First the systems was down so had to wait tell 8pm to check in. Microwave was broken. Called at least 6 times to get plate package and was tolled i dont know if there is any will call you back and never did. Then at like 12am midnight nocked on door and said you ask for this.

We were so disappointed...Front desk doesn't even greet the customer or say thank you....at least need to smile! but that is fine, maybe she is overworked ..needs training from some convenient store staff.. btw, we forget to ask for shampoo ahead of time & we were placed on the far building and reception is on the other side.....Room is old! Bathroom needs to be fixed.. The owner needs to change the microwave. I think it's been there for more than 15 years! btw, where is the manager?. LOL! . even thrift shops will not accept this microwave! please see photos.. You need to have an anti tetanus vaccine before entering this hotel!.

Not great. Checked in at 9:30 on the first night. Didn’t get a remote till after midnight after multiple unanswered phone calls to the front desk where I had to load up my one-year-old and walk down there. I didn’t even get a remote until the next shift came on after 11:30 PM. That was the first night. Night number two, I’m looking for one of my daughter’s toys that was on the floor so she can go to bed. When I lifted up the bedskirt to check under the bed, I found not one, but multiple pieces of large broken glass when I checked in, I let them know I would be with aNight number two, I’m looking for one of my daughters toys that was on the floor so she can go to bed. When I complain about it, the assistant manager was only willing to change my room. No credit, no comp no nothing. New room is now hardwood floor for my one year-old to crawl around and when I tried to heat something up in the microwave, it almost caught fire. I am so upset with this property and this is without a doubt the worst property I have ever stayed at!!!
