The property is not in the best condition the bathrooms in the room was old and needed replacing. The frost desk staff and host at the restaurant were rude.

Besides the beautiful lobby artwork the rest of the hotel was very basic in condition and amenities. I would not call it a resort. Instead of a chill vibe it came across as kind of a low energy place. All the staff were very nice and breakfast in the restaurant was delicious.

My husband and I had a great stay here. While the facility is a little dated and there were a few things not working on our floor, the room with the balcony was great, nice pool, great poolside bar, wonderful beach with easy access, and wonderful staff.

The room was clean but they put us in room 138 right next to the exit doors that banged all night …. No sleep for us.
