We had a cockroach in our room that was dying. It looked like it had been poisoned, which makes me think it was an existing issue.

Rooms are old. Expensive for what you get. Wake up call was half an hour too late. Room was not cleaned; however this service was promised twice by the reception. Received a rude answer.

Generally good. Wouldn’t class as a 4 star. 3 night stay while working in Veauche. Rooms comfortable and clean. Restaurant reasonable. Good Breakfast choice from an English person’s perspective. Staff helpful, especially as my French is schoolboy French from 40 years ago.

When you are traveling you get tired. When you get tired and hungry you need a nice and clean place to stay. We found it all at this hotel, but furthermore the workers in the hotel (all of them) were so nice and helpful that it made us write this here and now. So thank you HOTEL BY GEORGETTE - BEST WESTERN

Hotel was fine, however we chose this hotel because it has a pool and air conditioning in the rooms. Unfortunately it wasn't until we retired for the night when it was 30c did we discover that the hotel has no air conditioning of fans, meaning the most painful night with no sleep. Very disappointing.

Un peu caché dans une zone inustrielle / magasins, au calme, paisible, bien isolé. Chambres refaites à neuf, décorées avec goût. Petit déjeuner très bon, beaucoup de choix ! Un petit bémol pour l chambre qui n'était pas prête à 16:15 alors qu'il est inscrit check in à partir de 12:00 sur le site ...

Les 2 jeunes femmes à l'accueil à mon arrivée et à mon départ sont à conserver le plus longtemps possible. Quel plaisir d'être accueilli par un sourire. Certains autres hotels devraient prendre exemple.

Pas digne de la gamme des Best Western! - Arrivée a 23h avec un enfant la chambre était froide (17°) et le chauffage éteint (alors que nous avions une résa !). - Les couloirs de l'établissement sont FROID! - La literie était très agréable à notre goût - Le lit d'appoint n'était pas préparé (encore sous sa housse de rangement et sans oreiller) - Il n'y avait qu'une grande serviette pour 3 personnes dans la SDB. - Au réveil le matin la moquette sous la fenêtre était trempée, il y avait une flaque sur la boiserie de l'appui de fenêtre (cf photos) Plus généralement, malgré une belle réception et un restaurant dans un joli cadre, l'établissement est plutôt vieillot, il y fait FROID!!! et il y a un gros, gros problèmes de ventilation dans la chambre, la SDB, WC. Odeur d'humidité ! PS : Le personnel est agréable et serviable, mais jean, baskets pour un étoiles c'est un peu limite! Faut investir dans des tenues !
