Optional room cleaning services are available for an extra fee, starting from 11 Euros. Should you need more toiletries or trash bags, they can be collected from the front desk. The location is extremely convenient for exploring; you can reach destinations like Cannes and Monaco by train after a mere 10-minute walk to the station. Access to the Old Town is also straightforward via train or tram. The balcony features excellent soundproofed windows, guaranteeing a peaceful night's sleep. I personally found this location more convenient than staying directly in the Old Town!

They charge you 150€ for deposit which is quite weird. The staff refused to give me an extra towel to go to the pool. Poor service, rude staff. I don’t really think it’s a 4 star hotel. Not worth the price.

Important Safety Warning: DO NOT LOCK THE TOILET DOOR A serious safety issue occurred when my friend got locked inside the toilet (which is in a separate room from the bathroom). The door wouldn’t open, and we had to call the reception for help. Fortunately, I was in the room with her! Shockingly, the staff mentioned that this had happened before, with a previous guest screaming for help until a neighbor intervened. After firmly addressing the issue, the hotel assured us that they had ordered a new lock system for the entire property. As an apology, they also offered us a fruit plate and a souvenir, which we appreciated. However, I believe it’s important to highlight this issue for future guests. Final Verdict: While the service was excellent, and the hotel handled our concerns well, the safety issue with the toilet lock is something potential guests should be aware of. If insulation and safety are a priority, you might want to wait until the renovations are complete. Otherwise, the service and hospitality were top-notch, making it a decent choice for a stay in Nice.

Great location and lovely room with view over airport , only downside was bar closed early and we had just arrived from a long delayed flight there was no food available and just ordered drinks but staff made us feel like we were inconveniencing them. Apart from the staff is a great hotel

The hotel location is strategic, just a 5-minute walk from Nice Saint-Augustin train station. The tram to the airport is free from Grand Arenas station, making transportation very convenient. We booked a Mountain View Twin Room but were given a lower-quality room instead (please refer to the photo). Additionally, we had to request a room change due to a serious bed issue—the mattress was split in half, which was quite shocking as they were still using a damaged mattress for guests. To their credit, the front desk responded immediately and changed our room. However, the new room still did not meet our expectations. The bed quality was poor, too soft, and provided no proper back support. Breakfast was also disappointing, with very limited options. The only hot food available was scrambled eggs and sausages, while everything else was cold. Coffee and juice were from a machine, which didn’t add much to the experience. Overall, the stay was tolerable for the price, but definitely not worth it given the quality of the rooms, beds, and breakfast. Would not recommend unless you’re on a very tight budget.

When the hotel learned that we were on our honeymoon, they arranged the environment for us. My husband and I were very excited to stay in this modern hotel in an old hotel in Europe. They put soda in the freezer for us, and there was drinking water in the hotel corridor, which is rare in Europe. Their meals are also very OK, with reasonable prices and good taste. There is also a shuttle bus. My favorite hotel of the whole trip.

We booked the hotel with TRIP, an error occurred on the booking date (25/09) when our flight was cancelled on the 24th, l thought the booking was for that night! When we arrived at the hotel it was fully booked with zero help there. It was late & very tired with no room to stay that night! Campanille, now, do not want to refund it! The hotel was perfect for every aviation lover and for early departures. Windows with incredible view of the runway.
