Location is super convenient, breakfast is good. Room is clean and a little small though. No parking facility but not a problem to find cheap parking close with mobile app.

The Celeste is by far my favorite hotel I've stayed at in a LONG time! The building is absolutely gorgeous, with some seriously incredible artwork.
We had an executive king room and it felt a bit bigger than most king hotel rooms. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on and the pillows were perfection. It was a bit warm when we got into our room and I was very excited to find that the windows opened an inch or two, which I've never seen at a hotel before. A pet peeve of mine with a lot of hotels is that bathroom lighting is never very good for doing my makeup. That was not the case here - the bathroom lighting was perfect! The bathroom also had a decently sized walk in shower. We also had a wonderful view of the State Capitol building.
The hotel also offers free breakfast. They had a decent selection of breakfast food and everything tasted good.
We did not have to deal with staff very much but everyone we did talk to was very nice and helpful. We would absolutely stay at the Celeste again in the future!

Very quaint hotel, maintaining the old convent charm while providing upgraded amenities. Visited in January, so it was necessary to run the heating unit in the room. Unfortunately, the heat was either manually off or on with no thermostat control. Had to get up in the middle of the night to turn it off because the room was unbearably hot.

The room was very nice, i loved the high ceiling and the hard wood floors. Missing was a drawers, and closet. The hot breakfast was good, I wasn't aware it was only served Thursday through sunday. I have been looking for a stay-cation site, and I will book the Celeste again

We loved the peacefulness of the building and the wonderful building. The staff was always helpful and polite (especially maintenance!). Prior stays had more options for breakfast. We were disappointed in that aspect. Otherwise, a wonderful stay!

Love this hotel… so much history and we really enjoyed the architecture and paintings and frames. So many authentic, and vintage touches that really added to the ambiance.
Friendly staff, very knowledgeable and welcoming.

The property is very old. It had wood floors. The floors creaked .There was parking close by but it was expensive. The surrounding area was not the most inviting to walk around at night.
The breakfast was hit and miss some days it was good and somedays there was barely anything.
The corner rooms are noisy because of the close proximity of the tram system.
The bar had very few choices for beer and food. what they did have was over priced.
The shining star of the property was the staff. They were all friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable.

2nd stay because the first stay was so memorable. And this 2nd stay cemented that notion. Beautiful, unique, so interesting and keeping with its origins all the while nods to technology and convenience. Would recommend and believe that any room option won be a good fit!
