Lotte Hotel St. Petersburg is a wonderful hotel located in St. Petersburg, Russia. Great service giving from the employees! The room was clean and comfortable, as well as the bed. I recommend this hotel to everyone who visits Saint-Petersburg

На День Рождения мужа мы решили остановиться в отеле Лотте. Сам по себе отель красивый, интерьеры роскошные, запахи приятные. Заселить обещали через 10 минут, но прождали час. Номер у нас был с видом на внутренний двор. Чтобы получить номер с видом на Исаакиевский надо было доплатить еще 14.700. Решили не доплачивать. Номер современный, с панелью управления. В номере есть все, что необходимо. Халаты, мягкие тапочки, премиальная косметика,капсульное кофе, чай, чайник, фужеры. Очень удобные кровати, пушистые одеяла. Постельное меняли каждый день. Вечером расправляли кровать и ставили на тумбочку комплимент - конфетку, водичку. Завтраки шикарные, очень вкусные. Официанты вежливые. В СПА очень приятный запах лемонграсса, расслабляющая музыка. В шкафчиках халаты, тапочки., косметика, водичка, но сауна только одна ,прямо в раздевалке , рассчитанная на одного человека и очень маленький бассейн, окунуться после сауны.С Днем Рождения мужа поздравили, но только после третьего напоминания. Девушка с рецепшен вышла даже на улицу ( мы уже уезжали) и вручила пакет с шампанским и макарони. В целом отель произвел приятное впечатление.

В отеле были более 5 раз, могу смело сказать Lotte это определенно уровень 5*, хороший номерной фонд, чисто в номерах, завтраки достойные, фитнес и спа есть, румсервис хороший. Удобная геолокация. Персонал старается не всегда все получается, но у нас и нет ни одного образцового отеля на 100%. Один минус Спа комплекс маленький и нельзя с детьми. Благодарны вам за гостеприимство

Отель отличный,персонал дружелюбный,завтраки вкусные,номер большой и с хорошим видом на улицу.Был сюрприз для ребенка,маленькая лошадка символ отеля,была приятно .Всё чисто и на высшем уровне.Спасибо Большое

Отличный отель с очень высоким уровнем сервиса. Шикарные завтраки и обслуживание в номер. Единственный минус отеля за неделю это прачечная, которая испортила мне костюм, после стирки костюм стал на 2 размера меньше и жутко сел
