Very nice hotel! Great location near many parks, which was important for us as we traveled with a small kid. Stuff level was superb, anything we needed they arrange and made our stay super comfortable. We even received a little gift for our baby.

This is what you expect when booking a Boutique hotel! Wonderful staff, great service with an attention to detail. I'll always come back to stay here when visiting St. Petersburg. Nice rooms, especially the design of the bathroom was amazing!

Great location, centrally located and close to everything of tourist importance, yet very quite, not noisy. Can see the boats gliding down Fontanka river at night from my balcony. Overall, great price, very clean, 24 hour service, posh interiors and good internet. It had everything I needed.

Отель имеет много плюсов и только один минус, он бесконечно далёк от станций метро. Но сейчас это легко решаемо при помощи такси)). Теперь о плюсах. Номер действительно «бутик», с оригинальной мебелью, датскими окнами, минибаром и прочими атрибутами номера в хорошем отеле. Ванная комната также хорошо укомплектована: дорогая сантехника, халаты, полотенца, шампуни, гели и прочие снадобья, до которых не успела добраться рука. Завтрак: при посещении его к вам подходит «стюард» ( язык не повернётся назвать его официантом) и оперным бас-баритоном спрашивает у вас, какое горячее блюдо вам приготовить: яичницу, омлет, скрэмбл или бенедикт. Вся еда свежая, хорошего качества, и если для европейского пятизвёздочного отеля общий ассортимент блюд на завтраке явно недостаточный, то для отечественного - вполне достойный. Словом, ставлю пять за эти пять и с удовольствием вернусь в этот отель ещё.

Давно хотела остановиться в отеле Dom Бутик, но… Из плюсов: удачное расположение отеля в любимом районе города, тишина, хорошие постельные принадлежности, спа, которое закрывается на время бронирования для личного отдыха (только поэтому поставила 4), стильные интерьеры на любителя. Разочарования: наполнение номеров, дешевый чай в номере, на троих гостей 3 вешалки, верхнюю одежду вешаешь в шкаф, остальное- на кресло и стул 😲?! Ресторан - это звучит очень громко, скорее кафе-столовая по интерьеру и качеству блюд, в стиле «поесть, чтобы жить», бар с почти пустыми бутылками смотрится бедно и грустно. Завтраки: холодные, блины и омлет под заказ, кофе плохой из автомата, чай в пакетиках, для маленьких гостей никаких приятных вкусняшек, десертов несколько штук и не пополняются больше, красная рыба маленькими кусками на хлебе (такой способ подачи в отеле 5 звезд встретила впервые) Вывод: не соответствует цена и предоставленные услуги, точно в Санкт-Петербурге есть более достойные отели.
