We chose the hotel due to the great position, on the beach and we arrived at the hotel at 1 pm. The check-in is done after 3 pm so, we had to wait in the lobby until 14.30 when they gave us the bracelets and the room card. You park the car for free about 500 m from the hotel, in the underground parking of another hotel, go with a guard who guides you and come back with his car. If you want to get out of the parking lot you have to go every time with a guard from the hotel. The rooms are not very spacious, but they are clean, we had 2 twin beds and 2 bunk beds. The garbage was taken daily, the sheets being changed to 2-3 days. We stayed on the ground floor (where the reception was) with side sea view, so I don't know how crowded the elevators were. At the lower levels are the restaurant and the spa area, the interior pool, the beach. The indoor pool has thermal heated water, there is also a spa area, massage, sludge, etc. The outdoor pool has adult and children area but the water is cold all the time. The food was decent and not too diversified, you did not die of hunger but you did not get up happy from the table. Breakfast with a few varieties of sausages and cheeses, olives, vegetables, eggs, yogurt, cereals, pastries, not so good coffee. Lunch and dinner had 1-2 kinds of meat (usually chicken, pork, rarely fish), a few types of salads, pasta (always) with 2 types of sauces, 2 types of soup, fruits, ice cream and a few types of poor quality cakes. The food was poor, tasteless, maybe because it was the end of September they didn’t care much bout the food. The bars were about 3: one next to the indoor pool, one next to the outer pool and one in the lobby that served beer, wine, champagne, cocktails, etc. Near the pool bar is a food corner where they served throughout the day: fried potatoes, anchovies, pizza, fruits, etc. The hotel is located on the beach, in front of the hotel are free sunbeds for those staying in the hotel but they are located near the hotel, between the hotel and the water is a 100m sand area. The beach is clean with fine sand, water without stones. Throughout the beach, in front of other hotels were pipes with thermal water that flowed into the sea. In terms of fun, the hotel offers nothing, there is no entertainment.

We stayed at the azalea hotel for a week with their all inclusive package. We mainly had a great time however there are a few things you should consider before booking this resort. Firstly, the staff are not the friendliest people you’ll find, if you are English communication will be difficult as the majority do not speak the language. Occasionally they are rude when asked with small requests such as sending the technician to the room to fix a tv problem or moving to the other side of the bar when you are waiting. The room is quite nice with the majority having a lovely view of the sea. However the air conditioning is pointless as only blows hot air. If you are in the room past 10am and the cleaners attempt to come in they will leave and not return, it happened on several occasions leading to our room not being cleaned for 3 days. Food has a decent selection however if you are a picky eater you are going to struggle, the food is most times quite cold and if you do not come early fruit etc will be finished by the other guests and not replenished. There is a hot griddle which is unique and provides fresh food if it’s attended, such as fresh pancakes in the morning and vegetables in the afternoon/dinner. The soft drink dispensers are almost impossible to drink from sometimes they will be running out of flavour or just taste off, for example the ‘cola’ does not resemble coke at all. We booked massages and found it difficult to communicate with any of the staff however the treatment was good, the games room and gym are also ran by the spa which closes at 19.30 so after 5 pool and gym are unavailable. This can be frustrating as a young couple as there are little to no activities in the hotel or in surrounding areas, therefore it would have been nice to play pool in the evenings. Due to this we travelled from the hotel in taxis to surrounding cities as we would be bored due to the lack of activities which can be costly if it is done every night. All in all, the view is amazing and the facilities indoors/outdoors are great, however would be nice for more activities and less of a language barrier with the staff. Ps when ordering from the bar you will need to stand on the right if you would like to be served and specify that you want a small amount of spirits or else you will come away with a full glass. If you do have any technical issues it’s best to find the younger man at reception instead of the technician himself and be aware when asking the lady receptionist as she will be fed up of your request and usher you away.

The property has outstanding views both from the room, restaurant etc , the private beach was lovely and the indoor pool. The only issue was the bathroom.

Great hotel we have just finished our holiday at the Azalea Hotel and we were very pleased. They were very polite at the reception and gave us a very warm welcome. The food was very nice, the rooms too. There was animation for children and adults, the children were also very happy. We will definitely be back again.

Hotel is very nicely situated, literally next to the beach. Rooms are ok and fairly clean. However staff is grumpy, hardly ever crack a smile, like they are working there as punishment. Food is very monotonous and almost always COLD!! I think we managed to eat a hot meal maybe twice.... Eggs in the morning were COLD every day! Bacon was some cheap fake made of god know what! Soft drink mostly undrinkable... But wine was pretty good. Spirits were ok but we had to but our own mixers as the one in hotel were totally undrinkable. Beach is very clean but the sunbeds are very small and highly uncomfortable with no mattress.... Snack in the beach bar were same every day, but on other hand they were HOT most days as oppose to what was served in the main restaurant. Overall it was a ok stay but I deffo won't be coming back... Hotel Azalia have 4* but service provided do not exceed 3* level. If you looking for nice holiday in Bulgaria I advice to not to stay in anything less than 5* Hotel.

Przekąski w Beach barze codziennie te same czyi pizza frytki, klopsy, anschois smażone, owoce z lodówki, lody, cisktka kruche, piwo z kija, wino białe czerwone z kilka, napoje z dystrybutora kawa i inne z ekspresu. W lobby wieczorem alkohole pewna gama do wyboru, podstawowe marki w danych gatunkach. Do oporu wino i piwo. Nasz pobyt to 7 nocy 2 plus 2 [ponad 3 letnia i ponad 1,5 roczna] Szybki tranfer lotnisko-hotel! Podsumowując mimo pary minusów wrócilibyśmy tutaj ponownie. Nasze oczekiwania i podstawowe wymagania hotel spełnił.
