## Facilities The subway station is quite close, about a five-minute walk, but you'll need to take the Nankai line. ## Service The front desk staff was truly amazing. We couldn't make calls from our mobile phones, so he kindly used the hotel's phone to help us book a restaurant. ## Cleanliness As a new hotel, it was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. We chose this hotel for our trip to the World Expo. A fantastic perk was the direct access to the boat pier from the hotel's second floor. Plus, the boat tickets even came with a priority entry pass! Overall, it was a really great experience.
