In the room there was a grill with a fan or something inside that sounded constantly without stopping. The curtains could not be closed completely, which, added to the street lamp outside, meant that the room was illuminated all night. The double mattress was very sunken and uncomfortable. On the other hand, the perfect individual. The frayed quilts have already given everything in this life. The cistern button was broken and the screen did not close. When we opened the door at 9 in the morning, a boy appeared in street clothes asking if we were leaving the room. Thus walking through the entire hallway asking the rest of the rooms. It's shocking that you haven't finished closing the door and he's already inside. Dressed in street clothes and with nothing to identify him, he tells you to give him the key... You don't know whether to leave it or run with it. On the other hand, something we liked is that breakfast is no longer served, despite Trip offering it in the advertisement. It was the option we decided to book at this hostel. Since we are going with children, it was very convenient for us not to have to leave the hostel to have breakfast and pay the €5 that was offered. We were informed upon arrival that it was no longer served. Perhaps the information given in the advertisement should be changed. In short, the only positive thing is the location.

The location is unbeatable and the price is reasonable. While the room was clean, it had a very pungent chemical smell that did not go away during the 2 days we stayed. The toilet was clogged as soon as we arrived and there was no one to help us. I wrote to WhatsApp according to the instructions and no one responded to me. There was mold in the shower and they have a machine in the bathroom that makes a lot of noise when it's activated (it wasn't on all the time). The beds are not the best, but it is good for not staying there for a long time.

Room with basic and dated decoration but everything you need.

The location very close to the center, a 5-minute walk to see the tourist area of Salamanca. The small but clean room for one night is fine. They had to put more hangers in the closet, there was only one and it was tiny. Lots of noise flushing the bathroom, ours and all the other rooms. For one night it's fine and see Salamanca.

The hotel is very well located, it is quiet, and many workers come there. To spend a night it is great, during the day it is quiet and you sleep well. It has just enough, and cleanliness well. Although they should improve the bathroom a little, the soap dispensers are a little worn and half broken. But hey, for one night it's great. It has a coffee dispensing machine, with drinks and some snacks. I stayed whenever I had a problem at work and I left late, since I don't live in Salamanca.

I made a mistake and booked a day before the date I needed and tried to get it changed (there was space). But they didn't give me any solution, arguing that they couldn't make changes to the reservation since it was their own hostel. I can understand that they don't want to make that change because it was my fault but the attention was disastrous. While Trip treated me in a very good manner and with a willingness to collaborate, those at the Hostel treated me terribly, from the management to the reception. They were unfriendly and very uncooperative.
