Good location, just a few minutes from the main attractions of Salamanca. Supermarkets a few steps away. The only inconvenience was when checking in, as there is no one to welcome you and if you don't have internet access, you simply cannot do it. They could send the guidelines the day before and it would make the process much easier. Other than that, the staff is very helpful.

This outfit has several hostals in Salamanca centre. They sent me to a different one from what I had booked. Also thevreception was in a different one again, lots of walking to and fro. And reception open only 5-9 pm . And if you don't have them on WhatsApp you cannot get your entry codes ...

The self check-in is complicated and requires them to send you a bunch of messages from an unpublished number. They sent mine to the wrong number. When I called to correct the problem, I was told over and over again that I had received the messages and then was hung up on. I had to sort the problem on my own. What a waste of time. The place is okay for the price, just basic. But expect to be wasting a lot of time on check-in.

Experiencia nefasta. Jamas en mi vida he encontrado un hostal tan sucio y repugnante. Todo onia mal, el inodoro sin limpiar desde hace años, las sabanas sucias y en la habitacion olia a tabaco revenido y a suciedad. Es preferible quedarte a dormir en la calle en un banco antes de quedarte alli.
