Tadlo Lodge sent me an email apologizing for not being able to offer me the room I reserved because they were closing the hotel for renovation. Next step to do for an honest enterprise is to give my money back. They didn't an accused me that I haven't tell them that I was cancelling my reservation!!!! How can I cancelled a booking that have been already done!!! Then they reproached me that the prepared a room for me for nothing!!! How can they prepared one when the hôtel is closed for maintenance??? I have been robbed ! Don't go there.

Une nuit en couple, arrivée vers 19:00 - de nuit. L’environnement de cet hôtel en pleine nature est très agréable, au bord de la rivière. Pour tout le reste, oubliez. Les installations sont quasi à l'abandon. L'accès à notre chambre dans un bungalow à une centaine de mètre du bâtiment principal, sans lumière, était défoncé, marches cassées. Beaucoup d'équipements de la chambre étaient cassés ou ne fonctionnaient pas (serrure porte d'entrée, toilette, filet d'eau sous la douche, Wifi et télé aléatoires ...) Carte de menu pour diner réduite au maximum et pourtant les 2 premiers plats laotiens demandés ont été annulés par la cuisine quelques minutes après la commande (pas disponibles). Et sans personne pouvant s'exprimer en anglais cela est vite devenu difficile. Prix assez élevés pour ce type d'établissement Petit déjeuner servi à la table (pas de buffet), choix succinct et de qualité médiocre. Nous nous étions levés suffisamment tôt pour voir la toilette es éléphants. On a finalement vu une pauvre bête qui paraissait famélique Les promenades que nous avons ensuite fait autour de l'hôtel, vers les cascades, nous ont fait découvrir une régions quasi à l'abandon; nombreux hôtels fermés, abandonnés. Abords pleins de détritus, ... Manifestement le Covid a cassé l'environnement touristique.

Lieu à éviter , pas de dialogue possible avec le gestionnaire . Dommage de faire autant de route plus de 2 h de nuit , notre avion retardé pour ne rien avoir de charmant !!!! en cherchant il y à d'autres hébergement dans le secteur .Choisir un autre établissement .
