The St. Regis Goa Resort

Once again St Regis previously known as Leela Palace where I have been a returning guest for almost 15 years has exceeded all my expectations during my recent stay with them they certainly continue to provide the most luxurious relaxing rejuvenating stay I am already booking another 2 weeks in Month of July to celebrate my 54th birthday with them. Am super excited again to have St Regis in my diary to look forward to and am more than confident that I am going to have another super amazing stay with them. A Blessed stay I feel so lucky On this trip in April I stayed for 2 weeks during which time I experienced unparalleled level of customer service in particular from U***and and his amazing team at the ***or Club from the waiters to the sous chef to the Mocktails that were so refreshing and cooling as the sun was always smiling at us every day with an odd day where it rained for only a few hours which was most welcomed by me. The whole experience was super amazing prompt service attention to detail and the team were always checking on me to make sure that I was ok and if I needed anything this especially as a solo traveller this attention to detail was most welcomed by me. They treated me like family and having travelled the world and having stayed at ***y luxurious 5 star hotels St Regis previously Leela exceeds all your expectations I have not found another place in the world that is so beautiful as the St Regis its gardens the forest the sounds of Mother Nature the ocean and the crashing waves just enhance every aspect of a stay here it hold a very special and dear place in my heart and whenever I arrive I am always warmly welcomed with a cold drink a cold towel and a lot of courtesy. Unfortunately my mother passed away at the ripe old age of 89 recently so this trip was for relaxation rejuvenation and meditation and the hotel exceeded my expectations far and above and the hotel was aware of this and they just reassured me on arrival that if their was anything that would make my stay more comfortable and enjoyable they were at my service and so to hesitate to ask regardless of what it may be. The whole team at the hotel were at my service around the clock. I stayed in the pool villa suite and had access to the ***or club which is a luxury hotel within a hotel you could say. My butler Kunal was their 24/7 to attend to any requests and I had access to to him via what’s app which just made everything so much easier. From requesting anything I desire all that was needed was a message and they attended to my requests promptly and with our delay. The dinners at the ***ir were delicious and the ras malai desert all prepared by Joyiprakash their sous chef was mouth watering and his chefs working ***** side him always assured me that if I would like something make for me that was not in the menus they would be delighted to prepare for me. The breakfast lunch and dinners were always times which I enjoyed the most with their friendly warm welcome

The best part of the hotel is hands down the staff. They’re exceptional polite and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Would like to give a special mention to the staff and the kids recreation room - ***eesha, Mamesha and the restaurant staff Harsh, Nitesh, Dev, ***isha and Chandini.

My Family and I had a wonderful stay at the resort. We had an upgrade to the fantastic suites that was spectacular. The property itself is very private and exquisite. The service by all staff was very personal and professional without being stuffy. In the restaurant, everyone was super attentive . Special mention to Paul and chef Sri. We were blown away when Chef Santosh made special dishes for us when we asked for tender jackfruit. Kudos to them. We were also treated with ***goes daily , once they knew we enjoyed it. The butlers assigned to us helped plan my Mothers 87 th B day and My Brother in laws 50 th BDAY on the beach beautifully. Thank you Ajano and Lila! We also had a special treat with Mr Mario taking us on a tour of the vegetable and spice garden . Special mention to all the Golf cart /Buggie drivers who attended to us promptly, since my mom had a hard time walking, with always a smile on their face. This was one of my best vacations and would recommend this resort who***eartedly. The beach is extraordinary and away from the hustle and bustle of North Goa. Some parts of the buildings may need some updating including beach umbrellas that is showing some expected wear and tear, to keep up with international St . Regis standards. Kudos to the entire team and Thank you very much for a lovely time at the resort and you impeccable personalized service

Had one of my most relaxing holidays at St Regis, Goa. Everything from the place, the rooms, the spa, the extremely friendly staff, the food, everything was top notch. We had gone to celebrate our Annivesary and they made it very memorable with their gestures. The staff here are some of the best I’ve ever seen. Special mention to Charan, ***ndathi who we had the pleasure of interacting with and who went out of their way to make our stay one of the most memorable. Thankyou St Regis for one of my best holidays.

We had a lovely experience at the St Regis, Goa. We loved the welcoming rituals which helped us set a positive and peaceful mood as we started off our stay at the property. The beautiful greenery around, the soft music playing at various corners, made everything warm and relaxing. The staff were very helpful and were prompt with their service, whenever we needed them and otherwise. Our private butler, Limivi, did an excellent job and made our check-in, our stay, until our checkout, very smooth and easy. She was very quick and very helpful for anything we needed. Thank you Limivi. The food was great. We enjoyed the seafood a lot. Loved the evening 6pm ritual, something different and unique *****side a beautiful sunset. We will definitely visit this property again soon 🤍

The staff were so friendly. Roshan and all the staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The hotel is really lucky to have them all. The food was delicious - an amazing variety. The rooms , pools and beaches all matched the lovely staff in their beauty

The experience at the St Régis was fabulous. It's a beautiful hotel with lovely rooms overlooking the lagoon. The restaurant on the beach with feets in the sand is fantastic. The breakfast is the most extraordinary we've ever had. We were able to play tennis every day in very good condition. The golf course is magnificent. The staff is more than great, always attentive. Special thanks to Limivi and Sourav who are extraordinary people.
