The property is owned by a wonderful couple who keep it up to their standards. This is the second time we have stayed there and we have enjoyed it. The continental breakfast has some great choices. Other guest we have talked to have loved staying there as well. Good value.

The desk employee, Mark, was rude and actually walked in on my wife in the morning, well before checkout time,
without even knocking. She could’ve been unclothed. will never stay there ahain

This is a clean, comfortable and affordable establishment. It is updated, has a nice breakfast, has friendly staff and is located conveniently off the highway. I would stay here again, it is safe and fits my budget.

Best family-run hotel to stay at in Salida. Staff was friendly, and breakfast had lots of options. Rooms were quiet. Bathrooms are a little small. Place is super clean.

The property looks promising but the beds need replaced and the shower would not get past Luke warm. Would not recommend as a motel 6 is better.

We really liked this hotel. It's small and unique. There are beat and funky little touches everywhere We went to Mt Princeton hot springs which was fantastic. Only bad thing was a very loud bathroom fan. Listen to Hippie Radio 97.5!
