Told book in was not until 6.00. On arrival manager was curt and.told us the reception was open to 9.00. We went out for a walk returning at 8.00 to find the reception closed and no access to our room. The 2 telephone numbers on the door, one claiming to be emergency diverted to voicemail as did the reception number. In desparation contacted Kyriad bookings who after pleading with them said someone would come and let us in. 20 minutes later the receptionist returned by car in an aggressive mood and shouted at us. Next day when we left he did not.speak or offer an apology. generally Kyriad are good but this experience has dented our trust

très bien reçu le jeune homme à la réception très gentil il nous a aidé à monter nos bagages il nous a même donné un chambre climatisé il nous a fait part des horaires pour le petit-déjeuner et l'endroit je suis satisfaite et chambre et salle de bain très propre je suis surprise de certains avis

En arrivant nous avions l'impression de déranger.Le prix du petit déjeuner 14€ est excessif pour le buffet proposé.Le stationnement dans la rue pas très sécurisé. l'hôtel mérite un rafraîchissement.L'ascenseur 1 seul personne à la fois à l'étage

Les chambres sont propres, petites mais fonctionnelles. Le personnel sympathique. Pour une nuit étape, un voyage professionnel, l'hôtel est parfait. Le quartier de la gare bien que bien situé pour naviguer dans la région manque totalement de charme et d'intérêt. Vraiment pas le top pour un voyage d'agrément en couple. Là on en vient au point noir : le stationnement... Stationnement gratuit dans la rue et parking gratuit sur 3 étages à côté de l'hôtel. Pas entretenu, j'y ai laissé une jante et un pneu, pas rassurant, quelques individus qui y traînent. Pour quelqu'un d'un tant soit peu attaché à son véhicule c'est un problème. Pour en finir, j'ai lu quelques avis négatifs sur l'hôtel qui ne sont pas nécessairement justifiés, les chambres sont propres, il n'y a pas d'odeurs particulières dans les couloirs et les 2 personnes à qui nous avons eu à faire étaient très agréables.

Je suis arrivé à l’hôtel et tout était fermé. J’ai appelé l’hôtel. Une personne m’a informé de façon mal aimable que j’étais arrivé trop tard et qu’il ne pouvait rien pour moi. Apparemment les horaires d’ouverture sont indiqués lors de la réservation. Merci de les indiquer plus clairement. Je n’ai reçu aucun appel téléphonique pour me demander mon heure d’arriver. Bien entendu j’ai payé pour cette superbe nuit.
