"Clean and comfortable hotel"

"If I could give this hotel a zero rating I would. The only thing a hotel has to deliver is a good night's sleep, which was impossible here. Before sleeping I found what can only be described as a plastic bag covering the bed mattress. I always remove plastic under sheets because they cause night sweats, so this was duly removed. I found sleep hard and awoke really early to ringing wet hair, only to find that the same plastic bags were fitted as pillow under covers too. Even worse, there is no shampoo and conditioner in rooms (just shower gel) - so I will now have to leave the hotel to buy some before I can sort out my hair and start my day. I have never, in all my years of travel, found plastic coverings on pillows. I don't know what clientele this hotel usually attracts, but can only assume that they are all children or incontinent. This hotel is supposed to be four star. How can this be the case if it needs to cover mattresses and pillows with plastic bags? I would expect this to be the case only in seedy motel rooms that have a different purpose entirely! There are no fridges in rooms either, which would be usual for a four star hotel and the hotel has no facilities. There was no information about the hotel provided in guest rooms (none on the tv either), or given by the reception staff on check in. We couldn't locate the alleged bar and went out instead. Not recommended."

"Trip.com had given me a wrong code and an unknown booking number. Luckily, I was able to get a person on duty who was able to give me my correct codes otherwise I would have slept outside. Thanks to the premiere hotel and not Trip.com."

"Home very professional and pleasant. Hotel clean and well located. Rooms clean in the whole. I have not taste breakfast I can't give an opinion. But the whole service is good"

"Well located, without free parking unfortunately. Comfortable and clean. Home top. Very friendly and sympathetic. Modely but very pleasant size, bar, small dej room. Offers plates in the room very well."

"Excellent location near the cathedral. A little old hotel but we had the chance to have a spacious room (the 45). Spacious bathroom. Break a price-quality ratio unbattable. Breakfast at 11 euros with a lot of choice. A pleasant staff."

"A Very unique experience. It was quiet and relaxing and cozy. The beds, comfortable. The cleanliness was superb. It was close to all amenities and restaurants. The staff were knowledgeable and pleasant. We enjoyed our stay there and will stay there again when we return to Rodez."

"The hotel is a very friendly and friendly apartment, and is very helpful and comfortable. Thank you for this good breakfast prepared with care. If we come back to Rodez, we will be happy to stay at you. Bernadette, Alain, Clara"

"The hotel room is old, but the space is large, all kinds of facilities are also available, that is, the lighting is too dark. In the downtown area of Rhodes, the location is good. The front desk working hours are very short, but there is a problem to help or get warm help."
