Its a very cute old style hotel, but very expensive. The rates are just humongous and we felt ripped off as there was nothing special, it was nice but average. The front doors were very heavy to open and close, impossible for a parent with a pram, we noticed. The breakfast was very tiny and during a short time frame of 2h. The restaurant was closed one evening, however you have other options next door. We would not come back due to the crazy rates, we would rather travel to Gustavsberg and pay the travel fare as this was just a rip-off. Shame on a pretty location, but as there is only the one hotel locally, I guess they get away with offering super high rates of almost 200 Euro/night.

Great stay! Receptionist Frida went over and beyond to help me arrange taxis. However when checking out no staff were available even after pressing doorbell several times and knocking on staff door.

Corridor carpet smelly. The reception is only open daytime and we were supposed to enter with a code provided. But the code was changed without any information whatsoever and we and some other guest were only able to enter in the evening with the help of another guest kind enough to open up from the inside! Rooms were not cleaned at all, which reception blamed on Covid somehow. Toilet paper ran out and was not replaced. In all, like a bad BnB yet priced like a 4 star hotel. Shape up.

Lite dålig skyltning att dom har bytt ställe på front desk. Rummet var pyttelitet men väldigt bekvämt och trevlig badrum. Relativt tyst även om jag hade rummet närmast trappan. Frukosten stänger kl 09.00 vilket är minst sagt besynnerligt. Också besynnerligt att check out är kl 10.00. Prissättningen är alldeles för hög om man tittat på kvalitet och alla obekväma tider och om man jämför med tex Vaxholms hotell och konkurrenter i Hammarbyhamnen så det blir nog att jag inte kommer tillbaks. Tyvärr.

Personalen hjälper i den mån man frågar. På min vistelse behövde jag låna strykjärn inga problem. Boedet är prisvärt. Mycket lätt att åka kollektivt från hotellet till centralstationen på 40min och sl appen.

Vi hade otur att en av 3 sängar för vuxna havererade så en av oss fick ligga och sova i en soffa.
Bra läge på hotellet. Personal i receptionen var mycket trevliga. Damen i restaurangen kunde haft lite mer intresse för sina gäster.
