Excelente hotel, porém o serviço péssimo. No café da manhã você mesmo tem que ficar limpando mesa pra sentar e ir atrás de talher, não tem funcionários suficientes. Tudo é demorado. Nenhum dia consegui comer a tapioca ou omelete que pedi, demorou certamente mais de 45 minutos e desisti. O check out hoje foi uma epopeia. Recepção demoradissima!
A estrutura do hotel é ótima, piscina e quarto confortável!

Aparência, limpeza, cômodos e café da manhã incríveis. Só achei um pouco longe de mts coisas. Mas fica muito próximo a Bahia Marina e lá tem restaurantes incríveis.

Gostaria de pontuar as opções de refeições para o período noturno e no café da manhã, principalmente para quem tem restrições alimentares à lactose e ao glúten.
Por exemplo, à noite poderia ser disponibilizada opção de tapioca/crepioca com algum recheio simples e, também, café com leite, pois nem todo mundo "janta".
Quanto ao café da manhã, poderia disponibilizar cuscuz de milho (prato super simples de preparar).

Très bon rapport qualité prix, excellent petit-déjeuner avec énormément de choix, bon bar de l’hôtel avec des prix très raisonnables. A la reception seuls deux personnes parlent anglais, donc la communication n’est pas des plus simples quand on ne parle pas portugais.

Infelizmente não tive uma boa experiência com relação ao Room service e o Concierge. Fiz um pedido e mandei uma mensagem pra o Concierge que me respondeu 1h depois e meu pedido atrasou quase 3h. Cancelei e dormi com fome. Pra um hotel dessa categoria uma situação dessa é inadmissível
