I don’t know why this property hasn’t had recent ratings , I stayed here and I must say wa a the best decision for me . The room was clean and the food was excellent , very fresh with so many healthy options .

The bedding and room were excellent. I got locked out of my room twice with a card key. Best hotel in town, yes I would go back. Go to the restaurant nearby at the Park Hotel for comida corrida. Visit the museum on the zocalo in nearby Santiago Tuxtla.

It was OK. I didn’t like the fact that they were messaging me that I needed to come as soon as possible so they can keep my room. I had put my credit card there so they had it so they knew we were coming we were just roaming around the city so we had to stop and come back and see what was going on. Not sure what their deal was.

Es un hotel que es antiguo y remodelado, dividido a su vez en 2 partes, la parte "ejecutiva" y la "standard"
Esto no se avisa a la hora de reservar en la pagina y entonces la expectativa vs realidad es diferente
El telefono no funciona por temas de remodelación
El servicio eso si es impecable y destaca contra cualquier otra opción en San Andrés, lo q lo hace muy recomendable, permite sentirse en un standard cotidiano en un pueblo magico, Excelente para negocios.
