I have stayed at Istanbul dedeman before and that one was great. The hotel as a CHAIN is 5 start but this one was more like 3. I’m not sure if there’s many great hotels to stay in the area as it’s the middle of nowhere so maybe if you look at it that way it’s ok. Room was decent although there were stains on the floors. Bed was comfy. Wi-Fi is good although it wasn’t working when we first got there. They advertise the place as having a great fitness center but apparently it was under construction when I got there. Although I think they were lying because Turks don’t care all that much about fitness soooooo I’m pretty sure they were constructing anything. The front desk was RUDE. Food was super mediocre. It was all kind of eh.

Daha önce çok bakımsız olan oteli harika yapmışlar. Herşey pırıl pırıl, işletme ilgili, ofalar çok temiz, yepyeni. Eskiden alıştığımız dedeman kalitesini tekrar bulduk. Urfaya geldiğinizde kalabileceğiniz en iyi otellerden olmuş.

06-11 Mayıs tarihlerinde 52 kişilik toplantı grubum ile birlikte konakladık. Öncelikle Otel Satış Müdürü Gülşah Hanım bizleri çok güzel karşıladı ve ağırladı. Satış Şefi Barış Bey, F&B müdürü Ahmet Bey, Ön büro müdürü Ferhat Bey, Mutfak Şef'i Emrah Bey, Hk ve tüm departman çalışanlarına özverili desteklerinden dolayı sonsuz teşekkürler. Odalar temiz, yemekleri çok lezzetliydi. Toplantı salonları ***et kullanışlı ve cafebreak oldukça bol ve çeşitliydi. Tavsiye ediyorum

Şanlıurfa Dedeman Otel şehrin merkezinde güleryüzlü yardımsever personeli ile çok güzel bir şehir oteli olması nedeniyle Şanlıurfa'da konaklama için tercih edilmeli diye düşünüyorum..Oda ısısı ve restaurant kliması hava ısısı fazla olduğundan bana fazla geldi..Sabit olarak 26 dereceden aşağı inmeyen oda sıcaklığında ben bunakdım..daha fa ka serinlik için 26 dan bir düşük seviyeye inmesini isterdim..Ayrıca spa kısmının kapısının akşam olduğu için tamamen kapalı olması ve ortamın görülememesi de beni şaşırttı.

Kuzenimle gittiğimiz Urfa gezimizde Dedeman Otel’de konakladık. Oda ***et iyiydi, şehir manzaralıydı; fakat temizlik konusunda eski hassasiyetini yitirmiş olduğunu gördüm. Banyoda lavabo çevresi, altı, duşakabininde su izleri vardı. Baştan savma bir temizlik yapıldığı belliydi. Resepsiyonun karşılaması güleryüzlüydü diyebilirim; park yeri olarak da kendine ait bir park yeri olduğu için araba konusunda sıkıntı yaşamıyorsunuz.

Otel bildiğiniz antik eser. Yataklar dehşet kötü, uyumak ne mümkün. Mobilyaların kaplamaları kalkmış su çekmiş kokuyor. Adına kanmayın F/P oranı çok kötü. 2 gece kaldık tek olumlu şey ışık geçirmeyen perdeleri oldu.

Otel genel itibariyl kötü hemde çok kötü odalar eski halılar lekeli tozlu kirli evet eski ama temiz olur bu öyle değil kirli pasaklı diye tabir edeceğimiz türden. Yıldızlar otellerin temizliğine yada konforune göre verilmez yıldız almanın oda sayısı, kullanılan alan havuz toplantı salonu vb sectionlarla ilgisi var. Otelcilere otel eğitimi verilmeli Otel denetleyicileri Otelcilik kökenli olmalı. yatakların yayı çıkmış hiçbir iyileştirme yapılmamış ancak parası çok yüksek. bu ne ticari ahlaka ne de yapılan konaklama işine tezat bir durumdur. daha bir çok şey yazabilirim ancak anlaşılacağını sanmıyorum..
