我是一位曾入住貴酒店的客人，我希望通過這封感謝信表達我對貴酒店的感激之情。
在我入住期間，我不慎將我的背包遺失在貴酒店的房間內。當我離開酒店後，我竟然沒有察覺到我的背包不見了。幸運的是，貴酒店的工作人員及時發現了我的背包，並通過我在酒店登記的訊息聯繫到了我，給我聯繫時我已經走到江西鷹潭市了，他們告訴我，我的背包被遺落在房間內，並已經被妥善保管。我聽到這個消息後，非常感動和感激，包內的身份證、銀行卡、鑰匙一萬多現金等所有物品都完好無損。

房間不錯剛剛裝修過，訂的豪華雙床房朝居民樓方向隔音還可以，衞生挺乾淨，停車也方便，下次有需要還會再來。

從來沒有見過這種服務，不能問一下問題，問多了就是不住可以退房，車子也不讓停，自己想辦法找地方停，以後都不會來三明瞭。

設施：隔音效果較差，ktv居然開在樓下，晚上根本睡不着，開就算了，隔音效果能不能好一點
服務：前台服務態度差，打了兩次電話隨便應付了事然後立馬掛，第一次遇到這種前台也是無語了😓
衞生：打掃衞生的阿姨態度挺好的
