Nico is a very friendly host runs great events every evening. We have had Karaoke and a games night so far in this week. The hotel is at an excellent location, just off the beach. Easy access to airport and other parts of Ibiza. Wide range of options at breakfast. Highly recommended!

I head a great time at the hotel there was great vibes and staff was brilliant especially nicolás he organised fun games and was very helpful and kind would definitely come again brilliant views good location with surrounding shops and on the beach

Just checked in today, I know it's a 3* hotel but expected a bit more... On first check in at 2pm we got a room with a view of construction, so asked for a better view room, paid €56 euro for the upgrade. Not bad. But it's still a very basic room..no Fridge to place any drinks in or no kettle, mugs, glasses etc... Being from the UK this is a bit of a let down tbh.. Rooms seem clean enough but lacks that umph without those facilities, which is shame. The view in the new room 112 is much better. But defo needs kettle, mugs for tea etc.... come half board so it's a bit of a pain. Probably wouldn't book it again because of this reason.

The staff have all been very friendly. The hotel is very clean. We have had one issue with other guests being loud. This was sorted very quickly and easily. The food is generally good and there is plenty of food. However, there is not always a good selection. The systems in place for food and drink are very good for fully inclusive guests. Although it would be nice to have better access to tea and coffee. Such as a machine in the reception area.
