The Hyatt Hotel in Santa Clara is very convenient to park on the side of the road. There is a large parking lot. The environment of the hotel is also good, the sanitation is not bad, and the service attitude of the hotel is also quite good

Horrible beds! The pillows and mattresses felt like rocks. The furniture was torn up and falling apart. We stayed for the connection to the convention center and it served a purpose but the hotel is in need of some serious attention.

There is a limited number of TV channels available. You are able to link your phone to cast streaming services, but I had a hard time with some of the services. Staff is nice and helpful. Parking is $20 a day for members, otherwise it is $40 a day. Overall, pleasant experience would’ve like cheaper parking since I was only there at night mainly.

Balcony was good for smoker. Trying to charge 40 dollars a piece for 2 cars and the hotel was empty was 40 dollars away from a room at best western with free breakfast

Nice Hotel with a good view; Hotel was supposed to come with a breakfast buffet but they were not opening it for us due to "low occupancy". Pool and Spa were also closed. Also parking is $40 a night! lower rate for hotel gets offset by insane parking charge
