Wecamp Santa Cristina

We booked a Mobil home family+ for a family of 4 people. Clean, functional, modern, comfortable. The staff is friendly, friendly...let's give it a 10 for everything. The pool is amazing!!...in short, we will repeat for sure.

Slow life, a place to disconnect. Very well maintained facilities, pleasant staff willing to help you with everything. Clean and close to the beach, 7 minutes by car. It's the second time we've gone this summer. Ideal for families with children. To improve the restaurant's offering.

Superb campsite, shaded and very quiet! A treat and a haven of peace. Only one negative point: the restaurant: very bad, inedible😰it's a shame! It would be ideal if there was good cuisine because the place is very pleasant. You have to get out of the camping to eat well

A good experience. We spent 3 nights in a Mobil Home Family +. The accommodations are new. The campsite is super quiet and not being able to circulate inside makes it safer. There is parking outside. Upon arrival, a member of staff goes with you to the car and accompanies you to your accommodation with an electric buggy so you don't have to carry your luggage. The pools are really good as well as the rest of the facilities. Special mention for the staff, super attentive to everything, friendly and available to customers at all times. We really liked the restaurant. It didn't have a very extensive menu but it gave us time to try different dishes and everything was very good and the staff charming. An experience to repeat.

Everything was perfect! The setting, the cleanliness, the atmosphere, the activities and the beach nearby, the staff, we had a dream stay. Many thanks ! I will come back without hesitation, that’s a certainty!

Everything about the campsite was perfect. Our problem lies with the restaurant. The staff was working all day and at night they looked tired and treated less pleasantly. For example, several cocktails appeared on the menu and we had live music. When I ordered a mohito the woman told me that they no longer made it and after 5 minutes they brought two mojitos to the next table. This waitress is the same one who served me breakfast and also lunch, so I thought she had already had a very long day at work. It took them 37 minutes to take our menu and we went to the bar to pay.

Este es un mensaje para todo el equipo de Wecamp de Santa Cristina: Ayer 28/03 tuvieron una incidencia en el check in de las 16:00. Varias familias con niños nos tuvimos que esperar mas de 3 HORAS para que nos facilitaran el apartamento. A las 19:00 intentamos poner una reclamación ya que no es nada normal hacernos esperar 3 HORAS con niños y que no comunicara Dirección que tendríamos que esperar 2HORAS mas para garantizar que nos facilitaran el apartamento. Nosotros al final decidimos irnos y perder nuestras vacaciones organizadas, realmente es una pena tener que irte con el coche cargado de trastos y volver a casa Quiero comunicar a todo el equipo de Wecamp la falta de información que tuvieron con todos los clientes y las pocas facilidades y ayudas que NO nos dieron. Sinceramente nos hacia mucha ilusión nuestras primeras vacaciones con nuestra niña de 1año y sabemos que a este camping no volveremos. Una lástima.
