We were there for two nights as part of a group tour. The hotel is on the second floor. There is no elevator. Wifi is not happening. It is dirty. Our room had no light bulbs in the bedside tables. Our room was noisy. And the electricity went out several times. We ate at the hotel and the food was horrible. They served a bowl of ice cream that was inedible.

Convenient location Friendly staff Rooms: OK Hot/Cold water: OK Toiletries: not so good No drinking water in the hotel. Too noisy in the roof garden. Price - food quality: Not so good No power generator in the hotel.

Está bien. Es un hotel del Estado. Tiene buenos precios. Está bastante bien y cuidado. Aunque es del 1954 Fue reformado hace pocos años. Lo mejor es la terraza de la azotea, con su música en directo, el bar y un gran coctelero que prepara unos mojitos y daiquiris maravillosos por 200 pesos

Llegamos hoy 21 de febrero al hotel, con las reservas hechas hace más de dos meses, y resulta que el recibimiento fue sin electricidad y SIN HABITACIONES. El hotel entregó todas las habitaciones al parecer por órdenes superiores, y luego de una hora seguimos esperando a ver qué magia hace el personal de recepción. Son casi las 12 de la noche y sigo con mis abuelos en un sofá. A pesar de que el hotel se vea en buenas condiciones, estas situaciones no se las merece nadie!

El hotel Rex tiene una muy buena hospitalidad ya esta es la segunda ves que voy y es muy bueno. Buena atención, hospedaje, comida y ambiente. Es un hotel muy bueno para visitar. A mí me encanta la ciudad de Santiago y siempre que voy me gusta quedarme ahí. Es un hotel muy céntrico y con una vistas muy bonitas. Para mí es uno de los mejores hoteles que he ido
