Amazing hotel with great service! Good location, close to the beach. Good for families with kids. Very comfortable bed and huge balcony. I got late checkout and my room was upgraded for free. Nice experience 👍

A great hotel to stay in especially for families with young children. Staff are friendly and helpful. Our room was upgraded to a sea-view room, where we really enjoyed the beautiful view.
Hotel is thoughtful to provide electric mosquito repellent. Room is clean and comfortable.
Location was good and a few minutes walk to the seaside.
Good variety for breakfast.
Downside of the hotel is that the sound insulation for the room is quite bad where we can hear kids talking and laughing in the next room. And the room smelled musty even after we turned on the fan and balcony door opened.
Overall, very comfortable and pleasant stay. Great hotel to choose when staying in Sanya.

The hotel is really nice and our private server Mark was also excellent! Not to mention the hotel lifeguard Xu, he is also really responsible and take care of our 4-year old by offering flodie.
Highly recommend this place! especially for families. The kids play area and all the actives help keep the kids busy and safe!

The room overall is very good and it even has a balcony. However, the corners in the swimming pool are slightly dirty and have some insects. The wifi is also quite bad as it can not load anything and can not send out massages. The bar at the hotel lobby is very lively at night and has a verities of drinks. The swimming pool is also very big , but it can be crowded at times.

Thanks a wonderful 3 night stay. It was amazing experience. Right from checkin to checkout it was perfect. The staff was extremely helpful. Request for a top view rooms, you will have the view of the mountains and the sea. The breakfast was perfect and there was multiple vegetarian options. I would recommend this hotel for family and business travellers. There is a massive pool open from morning till late evening. Children can enjoy with multiple pool toys and floaters. The beach is just 3 minutes walk. There is parking available for guests. There are multiple resturants right on the footsteps like Starbucks, and many Hainan resturants.

Superb experience staying here in this hotel , enjoyed food , water activities and bar …. Susie Manager of hotel is very friendly and cooperative she guided us in city tour and beach tours … would love to come again and stay hete
