Breakfast didn't had much diverse options, Half of the hotel was closed due to renovation. seems like wastage of money.

Cissy and her crew did a great job navigating all of us through a strong typhoon. The rooms were clean, there was a beautiful pool and it is across the street from a beautiful swimming beach on Yalong Bay. I had a great time!

The hotel was good nice for a travel style trip, the amenities are good, and if you take the breakfast it's worth it. The staff are good especially Gavin. Gavin is a delight and proved to be a great help.

A very pleasant stay; my kid and I fully enjoyed our time here. The hotel’s location is excellent: it's a 5-10 minute walk from the beach, and there are several restaurants and a supermarket nearby. The beach itself is lovely, with clean water, pleasant sand, and it's not very crowded. Breakfast offers a large variety of food, both Western and Chinese. The swimming pool was very nice—clean and beautiful. Overall, while the facilities are getting a bit old, they are well-maintained and clean. Special thanks to Cissy at the front desk; she was very helpful and attentive to our needs. I will definitely consider Pullman if I come to Sanya again.

This was a lovely getaway trip. The hotel was great. The staff did a wonderful job of taking care of us and meeting all our needs. The pool access from the room was welcome and we spent a lot of time on the balcony. The beach is a short walk away and there was a great night market to have dinner.

We had to book on short notice with trip.com to stay at pullman. We had great service, breafkast and a good rest.

The location of the facility is excellent. It is very close to the supermarket for shopping and the sea for swimming. The staff are helpful and friendly. Especially the lady who cleaned our room is a very nice person. The restaurant and café-bar are both clean and delicious. We loved the pizzas. It is also quite economical. Especially the buffet dinner has a very rich menu. The chef's cooking is also very tasty. Spending time by the pool is very enjoyable. However, when it gets too crowded, the pool loses some of its charm. The only drawback we noticed is that the café-bar closes after 9 PM. In such a place, it could at least stay open until midnight.

We extended our stay at Pullman Sanya due to Typhoon Wutip. After the rain stopped, the sky cleared, abs the sun is back, we continued our fun on the beach and in the ocean. The staff was amazing and made our stay enjoyable.

The location was ideal as it was within walking distance to the beach. We had our own personal contact called Cindy who was attentive. We were upgraded upon arrival to the Myanmar Villa. The staff were all friendly and polite. Everyday our room and pool was cleaned and the staff created cute towel animals. The private pool was lovely and good temp. There was a power outage while we were there however it was quickly resolved once we notified staff. The amenities were good and room service was cheap. Public was average but not a detriment to the stay. We added breakfast to our package for the days were staying. The buffet was good, a mix of western and chinese, some days were better than others but overall quite nice. Overall i would recommend staying here.

We originally booked the Nanyang Villa, but we got upgraded to the Myanmar Villa. The service was great, and Walter made our stay comfortable. He answered all of our questions and requests. The villa was clean, the pick-up car was fast, and the breakfast was good. The beach is 10 mins walk, and there is a food court nearby.

Enjoyed our stay with our family and my daughters own family. Our first holiday with family in Sanya. Loved the stay I booked 2 rooms 1 Myanmar styled villa and the other a regular room for my daughters family.

Stayed for 3 days in one of the villas - amazing experience! Private pool, amenities, great staff - we could not have wished for more ☺️
