All the staff were very kind.
I think it's a safe area, right next to a famous big park.
Breakfast is also very delicious, and omelettes and other items are cooked to order.
The rooms are simple but clean. There are some small improvements here and there, but you won't have any problems with your stay.
There is a mention of a shared kitchen in the facilities, but I was unable to use it. The only disappointing thing was that the female staff member I spoke to at that time treated me badly.

Sweet small hotel. Great safe location on the Jardim Paulanista area near Ibirapuera Park. This is a fairly new property so on the modern side.Very clean and comfortable rooms. Great breakfast included (the best omelette EVER!) Friendly staff.

This is a lovely small hotel with friendly staff. The room is ok, not very big. It is within walking distance of the park which is great.

I loved the service, both the owner and the staff are all very helpful and serve very well, they are flexible and kind, without criticism, impeccable. The bathroom is clean, beautiful, showers excellent. The room is VERY small, but it is comfortable and everything is very organized. The only inconvenience I had was that they didn't change the towel, make the bed and change the bathroom trash. The reception/dining room is very hot and gets the sun in the morning. I think it would be worth putting air conditioning there.

Cozy, clean, super affordable hotel! Out of 10 service! My check in was at 1pm but I arrived at 10:50am and they let us in earlier free of charge. The breakfast is complete, delicious! I've never eaten such a sweet watermelon, congratulations on everything! I highly recommend it and it is also 5 minutes from Ibirapuera Park! 💯👏👏👏

The place is unhealthy. I felt dizzy and sick from the smell of sewage and had to leave the day before the end of my stay, without a refund.
