It took them a while to validate our registration as soon as we arrived. We hired a room with 3 beds, but when we arrived at the hotel they only made available ONE room with ONE double bed, for 3 people. They said it was changed by mistake in the morning. Then they said they would get two rooms, both with double beds, which wouldn't solve our problem. Problem elevators. There is no intercom. Room smells of cigarettes and sheets of questionable origin. To make matters worse, someone entered my room at 8 am, while I was still sleeping. I don't think they updated the system that there were people staying and it was probably the maid who entered the room. I felt unsafe in this place. I do not recommend.

Excellent location 1 block from Av. Paulista and suitable for a very good price. There is no breakfast, but reception is 24 hours a day. Perfect place for a stay in São Paulo, with autonomy and comfort

We loved our stay. We spent 3 nights in SP for the town. The room was clean, shower and sink with hot water. Communication with the reception staff via WhatsApp is efficient despite there being no intercom in the room. Polite reception. And best of all, it's literally next to the subway. Great location. Very good! I recommend!
