It took them a while to validate our registration as soon as we arrived. We hired a room with 3 beds, but when we arrived at the hotel they only made available ONE room with ONE double bed, for 3 people. They said it was changed by mistake in the morning. Then they said they would get two rooms, both with double beds, which wouldn't solve our problem. Problem elevators. There is no intercom. Room smells of cigarettes and sheets of questionable origin. To make matters worse, someone entered my room at 8 am, while I was still sleeping. I don't think they updated the system that there were people staying and it was probably the maid who entered the room. I felt unsafe in this place. I do not recommend.
