The issue was that I mistook making the reservation as I was working so busy and didn't realize was for the next day and I was needed to overnight stay because It was late night, when I came and the man in the reception told me they was needed to charge me for that night and for the next night I had the reservation made through trip.com, I explained that I will only stay the night and later I am traveling, still he didn't put solution and then I requested trip com to refound and they say hotel never replied to the request so they can't do anything,I think we are all persons who can have mistakes and it was not like I didn't show up or want to have something extra, if I was the hotel even the cancelation policy I will refound to the guest in this very special and specific situation or not overcharge.

Although the hotel was so-so, the hotel breakfast on the first day was very surprising, so I continued to book the second day and continued to serve breakfast and continued to drink freshly squeezed orange juice and grape tarts.

Everything was very clean, we only had a problem with parking but otherwise it was top notch.

Everything is great, friendly people, very cheap indoor parking even though it has free outdoor parking. Breakfast very good. Very clean rooms. Well located. We will be back.

There was an altercation in the room above at 1 AM. I informed the front desk was told that it was not their job, That security would take care of it. At least the breakfast was good.

I found the staff always willing to help with a smile. My room was clean and attractive for the price. Couldn't get the AC to work but fortunately it was Fall and not unbearable.

Such a relief booking this property. It was clean, comfortable and breakfast was delightful. Close proximity to beautiful forestry and multiple castles.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. The location is not great as it's in an industrial area...no restaurants or shopping nearby. The rooms very basic but clean. The bed was comfortable. Good for one night stay.

The hotel, room and location were all good but I found the staff to be super stiff and unfriendly. On the plus side I asked for a change of room as the night before we had v noise neighbours. In the morning staff member Carolina apologised and resolved the situation but when staff realised we have a 5yo child staying with us, the wheels came off. They made such a big deal, escalated to management and moved us (without charge). We were made to feel like criminals they way they handled it. The female manager took me to task and had an assertive word with me and then made sure I paid for the child's breakfast. I liked the hotel and Carolina but the other staff seemed to be on-edge and with attitude. Didn't think this would ever be Ibis culture

Hotel is modern and very up to date. Clean and very well taken care off. Parking is easy and lots of it. Good breakfast. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Very new and modern rooms. Bathrooms felt like a spaceship. Never seen the design. Only complaint is hotel in a business area No restaurants or shopping in walking distance.

I loved the quality of the room and bathroom. I loved that they had a cafe downstairs and the wifi was very reliable.

AC was not working despite it being there and staff did nothing about it even after complaining to ******* . Worst
