Wonderful location at the entrance of Fansipan cable car! It is away from the hustle and bustle of the crowd in Sapa city, and is located in the quiet and peaceful mountains area. Buggy services to drive you to the entrance of fansipan, also has scheduled shuttle buses that brings you to city centre. The receptionist can also call for a cab for you that is generally well priced. The cool is small and cute, but was too cold for me to swim outdoors. There’s a small indoor heated pool which is pretty but crowded at times. The staff team is helpful and kind generally. Hotel buffet breakfast is adequate, liked that it came as a package with the hotel. New hotel too so that means clean place!
The only con is that their beauty services are average for a hotel, so might not go back to their services. Otherwise I would love to be back here!

The view is amazing and the rooms are very pretty. The staff is very pleasant and very friendly. There is a free shuttle to the City Center, but you have to reserve it early in advance, because especially on the weekends it is booked out fast. The infinity pool is stunning, although a little dirty. The rooms are not very soundproof. On the second floor you can hear the music and volume from the restaurant and from the guests on the terrace all day long until late in the evening.
Definitely a recommendation with room for improvement.

On my first trip to Vietnam from Japan, I visited Sapa and Lady Hill Sapa Resort and stayed for 2 nights, and it was the best resort to get rid of the fatigue from the long trip 😊
In particular, the cleanliness of the facilities, the hospitality of the staff, the food, and the scenery are amazing.
Our room had a valley view, with a beautiful view of the fantastic Fansipan mountains.
The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of food, from traditional Vietnamese dishes to Western dishes, and everything was delicious, but the bread was especially special.
There is also a spa, jacuzzi, pool, gym, and Korean sauna, all of which are clean and comfortable, making me want to stay forever.
The location is about 10 minutes by taxi to the center of Sapa. Fansipan Mountain cable car station is right in front. The center of Sapa is crowded with people, so thanks to the location away from the hustle and bustle, I was able to spend a quiet and relaxing time.
It's not a place you can go to very often, but I think it's a resort worth taking the time to go to. Recommended for those who want to spend a peaceful time in a place far away from everyday life.
