Self service check-in counters, room is quite small, staff were okay, not much interaction. Our room has poor wifi connection. We can also hear the conversations from the other room as it is only separated by wood. I say it is fine considering it is Snow Festival at the time and hotel prices are soared really high.

Wow, I have to share my incredible experience at this hotel! It's absolutely beyond anything I expected. The cleanliness is impeccable, the staff are super friendly, and the breakfast is delicious! It was good to be a good hostel for my first trip to Sapporo
The room was very clean and unchanged.
The bathroom was clean and the shower bathtub was very satisfied with the hot water
I had a kitchen where I could eat simply, so I could make simple food.
It was also nice to be quiet around
I will stay again when I visit Sapporo.

The layout of the room was fashionable, but the dust was terrible. The sofas, cushions and windows were also stained. The remote control of the TV was not able to be paired with the manufacturer different from the TV at all.
However, it was good because I was able to stay cheaply.

GGuest User民宿地理位置還算方便，離南13丁目地鐵大概5-6分鐘路程吧，離大通大通站好像5-6站地鐵。地鐵出來有個tokou 大超市，還有個小的永旺。民宿大概100米的地方有個family便利店，200米有個711，走到大馬路上有些吃飯的地方，有個松屋。相對於市區的酒店，4個人住這個民宿比較寬敞，日本的酒店是出了名小的，而且也按人頭算錢，這個民宿也是按人頭算錢的，感覺挺不合理。我們4個人住了四晚是4700多，如果一個人兩個人就便宜差不多一半，但是房間是被佔用了啊…民宿比不上酒店的最大一點是衞生問題！不是不乾淨，是不夠乾淨。不是標準化清理。被子床單上會有之前客人的頭髮，住民宿就帶一次性床笠被套啥的吧。拖鞋我們也是自己帶的一次性的，有提供一次性牙刷那些。除了這點其他都挺好，畢竟還是便宜不少而且寬敞。地鐵到新札幌站，是新札幌站哦，好像4-5站，然後在新札幌站坐jr去機場沒那麼多人，也近一點，票價也便宜一丟丟。
